After that he decided to say "Fuck it" to his overlords and went on permanent walk about to find other things to fight.
Fun fact - Region of Renown Dread Saurian obliterates 2x Blood Knights (3800 points vs 3400 who have huuuuge bonus vs large) and it wasn't even close. About 35% HP left on DS. Knights tried to recharge him a couple of times. I was surprised he obliterates so much.
Huntsman generals are going to be absolute powerhouses. Sure, if you compare the fact that they can't "fight other lords or heros in melee combat well" then you wouldnt think as much. But you have to remember just how popular it is to change your lord from Infantry, to Large. How many people love supping up their lords with special powerful mounts? All to be fell and slain by a basic general at half the cost, from a distance on top of it all. Can't wait.

The Kroxigor ancient is completely outclassed by Gor-Rok it seems, just for 5 extra points. unless they lower the cost of them, I doubt they'll see much play.
Gor-Rok is a LL, so in campaign you can only have one of him and a dozen Kroxigor Ancients. In multiplayer... Good point. Then again, if you cant catch them... Kroxigor ARE faster...

Zerkovich With the inclusion of the War Wagons with mortars and hellblaster volleyguns they now have mobile cav-like artillery, which if combined with Reiksguard, Demigryph Knights, and Pistoliers/outriders, could make for an all-cav army.
So what are the new playstyles available to these factions? Like when Prophet and the Warlock came out, you pointed out that Skaven now are much more viable with a heavy ranged build. Is there something about these units that changes the factions in any fundamental ways? And are regular kroxigors pretty much obsolete now? Particularly in a campaign setting. Would you have a reason to have both kroxigor types in the same army? Love the channel, thanks for the content. Question open to anyone.
To be honest I don't think the Lizards will change much. They got, just more powerful Krocs. And another big tanky large... So can't see them being greatly affected by their new additions, in terms of playstyle. Empire will be able to defend itself a bit better, and the War Wagons are going to add a powerful skirmisher. But, their infantry is still average and Cav is still good so. Shouldn't see too much of a change with them either I'd say. But we shall see!
The Empire was something that fucked with me because their main range units use crossbows and not bows, and seeing as bowmen are added, it just seem strange, its like a WW1 shooter that started out with a handful of automatic SMGs and MGs along with a few shotguns only for a double barrel shotgun to be added at a much later DLC Also the warcarts I always found strange, as there are no other "cart" units with a few soldiers with guns on them for serious skirmishing but I think that would break a few things but I the war carts I guess make sense in terms of the hunter and the beast but hop damn that dread saurian

Depends. I dont think much of the gun types but the archer types are very useful. The ranged arching fire lets them drop good damage on just about any target without much risk. Im not amazing with them myself and prefer heavy armoured melee but ive seen my old friend pull off some crazy stuff with archer lords.

I think empire got the better units overall. I do love the dread saurians and they will be super awesome in campaign, but for people who like multiplayer they are not that great from what I've seen so far, sure they are rly strong but they cost way too much.
All Empire units will be available to Karl, Volkmar or Balthasar, save for Markus himself and the 4 unique characters available to him through special quests. The archers, wagons and huntsmen generals will be in the game for the mainland Empire, but only if you've bought the DLC. Further addendum, in order to gain access to Volkmar, you need his own DLC, but this DLC is entirely and completely independent from Volkmars.

I think that this only went over the units you would be able to use playing in MP as the base Empire faction.

Feral Dread Saurian is the best bang for buck out of the three. They have same stats, and the ranged attack isn't realy worth the extra 900 gold.
