Walkthrough part 4.
Dr. Eggman watches how the conflict between G.U.N and the Black Arms is going. Having no choice, Dr. Eggman sends in his Air Fleet to end the conflict. Shadow and Black Doom are on Black Doom's flying fortress and detects Dr. Eggman's Air Fleet who tries to stop the Black Arms. Black Doom tells Shadow to go and destroy the Air Fleet.
Goes through Stage 4 Sky Troops.

Eggman is Evil. Black Doom is MORE Evil. So that makes Eggman the hero by default. In every other stage Eggman is featured in he is the dark partener (which is odd in Cryptic Castle, since destroying his robots fills up the dark gauge there...)

Ahh... Best Soundtrack In The Whole Game, But The Level Make It Better! Following Doom AND Eggman? Is Eggman A Hero Now, Or Is He Just Against Black Doom? This Isn't My Favorite Level Though, My Fav Is The Matrix Zone!
