The way you punish players for going into the same pack doesn’t need to get changed. They’ll regret going into the same pack more than twice when the main cards from their decks get banned out in the banning, and they have no cards to play since they weren’t supplementing their pulls by diversifying their collections, and instead chose to focus on one pack multiple times.
It also makes it more fair for the multi-archetype packs, which 10 pulls isn't enough to get a playble strat but 20/30 pulls gives 2+ playable strats. Now they would need to hit Farfa's Mathmech *and* Skystriker - well, isn't that effectively the same as if he went into 2 different single-archetype packs (or 3, and one ended up being unluckily unplayble so still 2 playable strats).
The way you punish them is the fact that both packs absolutely suck so there is no way to punish them more than they already did. Because going into the same paths did nothing for either player here
My thoughts exactly. Going back into the same pack is just putting more eggs in one basket, it certainly has some value but there's also the risk of being set back further when that basket gets kicked off a cliff.
I always loved Saga, but Saga with 3 people, especailly Gage, is just amazing. You guys are honestly so funny together and it adds a whole other dimension to the show
It's funny how Farfa's tunnelling on "make big bungus" has failed him only because his particular big bungus (Final Sigma), despite being well protected as a towers, is only a Blue-Eyes and both Gage & Dzeeff have relative/ bigger bodies that can just crash/ beat over it. I know it's been said before on this channel about how once you reach 3k ATK having even more usually doesn't matter a huge amount, but in this format it actually does which is cool to see.
There is strangely a MASSIVE difference between 3000 and 3001... Sadly a lot of monsters with over 3k just don't have strong protection or take way too much to get out. A 3500 with just "unaffected by other card effects" and an anti tribute ability would hilariously be a world apart from one with 3k exact. Star Eater largely was cracked because when it came out we didn't have Kaiju and most people didn't run Queen but Golem and had JUST enough attack you often needed something to boost one of your monsters.
@@yunfanji it was universally ran if you could. I'd say something like Gaia was just nice to have since it was ran exactly for being able to dodge chain and having enough attack it could beat over a lot of existing things like Stardust.

welcome Gage and Farfa to the "triple dipping into a waifu-centric deck pack and only end up with a single field spell to show for it" gang!
Get screenshotted, Farfa. Using this zoomed in face of yours for memes galore
Gage is being haunted by DDD and they curse his openings. He opened DDD pack in episode 1 too, but he didn't even care about it, went with trash lab. DDD pack is proably the best one to go for in these series.
I can feel it, this is the season Exodia will be summoned. Just got to pull a piece each week Doug, you can do it. 😝Lol
Dzeff for the next time you play Gage, Goliath as material protects from "Destruction Effects", Nice mirror force :)
And you could've protected yourself from Ghastly Glitch pop by just flipping outrigger face-up.
My favorite show! The decks last week were so sick, I hope we keep seeing big strategy changes
i hate to break it to you bud...lol
@@maxclifton3534 Ah shit LMFAO
