La Croix was started in La Crosse WI in 1960 I think it's more like seltzer water than anything else. It's not fancy and it's not full of sugar. I can drink it but I wouldn't buy it, it has too much sodium for me. I think people who like dry drinks would like La Croix and yes you did pronounce it correctly. The La was taking from La Crosse and the Croix was taken from the St. Croix river.
It's true, sparkling water is gross. But i drank soda my whole life and in order to try to get healthier i started drinking sparkling water. My first time trying it I was completely disgusted. It took a while but i don't mind it now. It doesn't gross me out anymore. And it's much healthier to than coke and Dr Pepper.
It IS awful. So many funny nicknames for it 😂. I don’t get what people like about it, and I’m not a sugary soda drinker either. To each his own, I’m glad for those that like it. Citrus squeezed in sparkling water tastes SO much better. This guy is funny!
Clear American is far better. There’s tons of it that are sold where I work. Pallets and pallets a day. I tried it. It’s a good replacement for pop. Sparkling ice is good too. I don’t like most of the other sparkling water

I've had lacroix, it is nasty. I'm taking a medication right now that makes carbonated beverages taste gross. And lacroix still tastes worse.
