This really is an excellent recipe and video. Quick, simple, and uncomplicated, like all good recipes, and the product is perfect. Heating the oven pan is an especially good idea, particularly for those without a pizza stone. Stone, smone... I used thinner strips of chicken and pancetta for crispier toppings. Thank you for your recipe, your cooking instruction, and for generously sharing with those I assume are staff.

I am struggling with the French word "travail" which pronounced similarly with travel with an accent, but it means "working". Each time I hear it I need to think very carefully :) before answering in broken French :)
