As a possession player, i cant wait to try this! I have a couple of questions tho: what about defensive advanced instructions, like man marking etc? Do you use them to counter 3cf tactics? And for a f2p player, would you recommend the scaloni of arg pack, as hes the only manager who can play both possession and quick counter? Nice to have you back!!
I wouldn't recommend man marking or tight marking. It will pull your CB's out of position. Adding an Anchorman on DMF will give you more certainty defending 3CF. Yes, I would recommend the manager with both good proficiency for QC and POS

No sloppy passes. He will use the wingers to hold the ball, wait for attackers to go into the box, wait for the chance to come, wait for your defenders to make AI marking mistakes. It's actually very possession-like in the final third. Lots of super cancel to make your defender commit first then he dribbles in. Watch out to him Indominator

Yes, prolific winger isn't active on LMF/RMF, but they still play that way and hugging the touchlines. A creative playmaker would play decent on CMF position as well, but an orchestrator plays more effective for me and when I need runners instead I go for hole player / box to box. For AMF position you really need a hole player for the runs and support inside the box
Small note: a Creative Playmaker on CMF position is a great option as well!

2 cmf is too risky, I wouldn't do that. Always a DMF with this tactic, anchorman most preferable. Destroyer if ur pressing game is good
