Absolutely wonderful video! No one is giving this type of inside look into Turo. Your organization and professionalism set a wonderful example. I love your content Saimah, thank you.
Yes very underrated!
You mentioned that you picked up the car from the hotel, but how did you get there?
I'm guessing she picked an uber?
Where do you keep your cars when they are not rented? How do you get back home when you drop off a car? :)
It's called uber or lyft
@@NathanKwadade or call a friend or partner.
What do you do when bookings over lap? You're one person. How do you deliver 3 cars at the same time?
Thank you so much for sharing! You’re doing a fantastic job at elevating the Turo community. Love your positivity...Keep it up!
Kim Kardashian vibes 😍
I just buy fix and sell, you're motivating me to consider renting.
Thank you Saimahs I have 1 car on Turo , thanks to you your videos I have learned so much , when some problem happens to my rentals I already know what to do because I watched all your videos, I’m think to buy more car but I m doing some research to see if my city had enough demand , again thank you !
Hi, Your videos are very helpful. I am considering starting to host on Turo. Where do you keep your extra cars if I may ask?
Interesting to watch this video a year later and see where our mindset was at the end of February 2020. A “market correction” made me chuckle. Hope you fared well during the pandemic and most importantly stayed healthy. Much continued success. I enjoy your videos!!! Keep up the great work!
I found your channel a few days ago and I'm going over your videos, Thank you for taking the time to make them. I was under the impression that you just handed the cars to Turo and they would handle everything. So as the the owner, you take your cars home, clean them, file paperwork in case of accident etc. So, what does Turo do? Just book your car?
Loveeeeeee ur channel. I’m seriously considering doing Turo. Do you have kill switches and trackers on your vehicle?
She should, if she doesn't. Those are some nice vehicles.
after dropping off a car how do you get back without wasting a whole bunch of money on uber
The real owner of this business “daddy” picks her up.
@@jb.8992 I have to get my son to pick me up.
@@jb.8992 what makes you say her daddy is the real owner? Do you know this as a fact or are you just being condescending?
Masha’Allah you are so Beautiful 😍
ishamel 88 omg! 😂
I had no idea that YOU actually clean your cars. I thought you had the attendants at the car wash do it. You are a Wonder Woman. (Great video-as usual). 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 🇺🇸🇿🇦
She is changing the oil on that corvette. That's even more impressive to me.
@@ArmedVeteran1987 true. Though it might also be advisable to pay for it to be done by a 3rd party so you have the maintenance records for any insurance/damage claims.
How did you get to the hotel in this video? Did someone drop you off?
Hi there. I am so thankful for your channel. I have been watching it for a few days now, You give so much good information. Specially that video where you were tracking down that car. It was missing. The guest was not answering back...had girlfriend dram...very scary but informative.
I am also looking to start on Turo so thanks again for the great content.
Saimahs Experience my first renter wants me to drop of my car at the airport for him. Fortunately I am 15 minutes from the airport. How do you organise it if you have to drop off your cars? How do you get back to your place? Is uber a good solution? Say I have another car just for my own use, how would I do this?
When you drop a car off, how do you get back?
Yeah I was thinking that same thing
Really? How do you think ?
She gets back with her two feet 🤫
Great 411.
Question, Where is a good safe place to park these cars until it is rented ??
Not much parking spots around my home.
Thnks
Is the coronavirus affecting your business? Since travel might be down right now. Please have disinfectant wipes handy as u check in your returns.
Love the videos and thank you for putting all this information out there. How do you handle the pick ups and drop off? After you drop off the car how you get back home? How do you get to the car to pick it up? Any tips? Thank you again
That’s what I was wondering
If you have a lockbox that's digital it will definitely help
I appreciate your inside look at the Turo process. It really helped me see first hand what it takes to be successful at it. Thanks
Thank you for sharing! So do you uber to the pick up?
how many cars did you have at this point and where do you keep them all? Additional fees for storage? Curious about your personal insurance and Turo insurance when there is an accident and what you do with personal insurance. Do you have commercial insurance for your fleet?
Please when you make video, just try not to show your vehicular tags. Thank you for the information you provide.
Thanks for all of the tips. How big is your fleet. I’m am just getting ready to add 1 or 2 cars. I appreciate all of the videos you post.
Hi Saimah, biiiiig fan. I rent cars in Orlando too
You should make a video about your apartment it looks cute and I would like to see it. Please consider it.
They gotta stop putting buttons and Rhine Stone on the back of pants.
Can you do a video on establishing business credit?
Over the past two weeks, it's been multiple days where I've had NO reservations for my cars. I thought there was something wrong with my Turo account. Finally, one guest reserved a car last night... Stock market worries, C-virus, maybe even the upcoming presidential election are affecting reservations...
Don't know about you but we only have 4 cars and we only have 4 days that have no bookings.
Hello. Do you take the pre rental photos of the car and dash mileage before you actually drive the vehicle to the customer? Or do you do it all with the customer by your side? Thanks.
Wow!! Saimah wakes up still looking that amazing?
Yeah just a little correction just a little meanwhile the market drops like 40 percent lol
What happens if the guest refuses to return the car? Do you have a tracking device?
what percentage of coverage do you use for Turo? Do you use the same for all cars?
She looks like a boss!! Thnks for these videos to help us newbs!!
Hi and Thanks for the Great Video...few more questions though....
How long did it take from your start to time of this video to get this down as far as the scratches, accidents, etc. (i.e. the seat scratches, and totaled vehicle)? And what happened about the seats? Did the vehicle get placed out of commission for a very long time? Does it take time to build a network of auto repair places you can trust??
Hopefully one of your day in the life videos will include me in it as your boyfriend
What car did you guys start off with on Turo? and was it profitable?
That’s awesome good content, keep up the good work
You change your own oils ? You have the machine to suck out the old oil ?
Omg, perfect video explanation! Thank you for showing a day and please do this video topic again on some other random day.
You said how the BMW came back so clean, and I know how you are good about charging cleaning fees... How often do you not charge any cleaning fee upon good returns?
do you have a commercial insurance policy?
So what ended up happening with the Corvette seat? Did you not notice the scratches while getting the car back from the renter? Great video!
You are not making it passive....
Great video how man cars do you have? Where do you store your cars? And Do you have to have a license to operate in your city or ZIP Code but you’re actually operate out of! I’m a VRBO/Airbnb host 9 years seven properties five in the US Virgin Islands and two here in Palm Beach Florida very interested in diversify my portfolio and income thanks so much!
How often does your BMW X4 get rented out?
Seeing you as the power host. You are a 24/7 concierge. Its not for everyone. But you are on year 4? Congrats. You are inspirational to many. Keep it up.
The "not for everyone" people you are describing are the people making videos on how Turo doesn't work. The concierge side puts us above and beyond the basic rental car companies. I didn't realize that needed to be said but from your comment is does.
Mr Debunker but also not every host has made it there primary career either
Where are you dropping and picking up the cars, and how many car are you renting. Because I saw another TURO renter who bougth 30 cars and park them at a super market until the manager told he needs to stop parkung all his cars there. So he asked the msnager to give him a week, the msnager Yes!.
So how he had a week to find another place to park 30 cars. So he spotted a vacant lot at the airport, then contacted the owner and he said you can park each of your cars for $100 per month. The was going to open a car rental business but there was to much competion at the airport, because there were several other car rental agencies very close by. So the TURO guy nade him a offer for the building and lot. Then he did a complete make over for his car rental busuness. And still was able to chsrge $124.00 for a delivery service.
You're like Kim Kay but better 😏
Turo is not very popular in my area (wish it was) I live in Wilmington NC. Several beaches in my area but still not a big Turo market. I think a corvette or some type of convertible would work well here
Hi there... I am very new into this venture. I am considering an extra cash flow which could potentially turn it to a business. Could you please give me more info or mentor me? Where to start? How to start? Any working capital required? Please give me more info
Seen few videos of yours. Very interesting and allot of information. Few questions, where do you store your cars? And how many do you need cars to make 100k
Thank you for your information! very great delivery of words. Will be starting my Turo Business soon
When delivering a new hire we use a spare car as a runner to drop off and collect cars or the delivery driver. We bring back and clean wash, checking in and out car's for damages. Check tire damages uneven surfaces side wall bulges on the tires tread limits . Engine oil fluids. refuelling cars. Tires have a letter codes that represents the dates of manufacturing and in UK we cannot use vehicles the dates have expired and also where the and the When cars are end of lease or reached mileage cap by manufacturer or lease company contact cars are swapped mileage needs to logged in and out from base. With big hire companies they have 3 4 driver's some full-time some part time.
Love this video! It seems like you have a good amount of clients, what has stopped you from opening your own private car rental company?
Cost of doing business is way too high
That was not the only ambulance in Oakland….kids partying!!!!
Have you considered a mobile car wash business since you're constantly washing your cars? Give yourself some business and fund another business?
Please do Kim k make up
How big is your fleet?
when it comes to insurance, do you have your own insurance? if so, what insurance should we consider? i am new to turo and I'm not sure what would happen to my car and future cars if something bad were to happen. thank you.
What city/state are you in ?
new subie, great videos! Love your energy and inspiration :)
Thanks for doing this. I am conflicted from your videos and a few of the others that seem to just be frustrated at Turo for the claims processes and the amount of money that they aren't making. A family friend has 22 cars and says he is doing great, I just haven't had time to sit down and talk numbers. My goal is to get on this by the end of the month. I've been researching the cars in the area and seeing what ones are getting the most rentals so I have a good idea of what route to go. I'm going to experiment with one car and go from there. I own a business that requires a lot of time early in the morning and late afternoons so I'm guessing I'm going to need a reliable person or three to help run cars when needed. Any input on my plans so far?
@@saimahsexperience Good to hear. I'll be starting this very soon and plan on documenting the process similar to the way you are. Thanks again for sharing your process!
SO INSPIRING, THANK YOU. I have a question, once you drop one car off is there ever a time u do not have another sitting there waiting for you to drive away in, what do u do, get uber or???thank u in advance
Hey there. Did you file recently for an accident? Turo must have or might have changed their response time, ways and fees. Had another rim damage. Last one they proposed I settle outside Turo as guest gets charged a processing fee around 150 to 500 plus damages. So I settled for 150 with client directly as offered by Turo and he sent me a paypal.
This one I filed, he was new to Turo so i did not want him to think i try to screw him and offered thru Turo first so he sees their process and fees and that it's cheaper directly with me. Next day I got email it settled and they are ready to send the money. My portions said I get and industry standard 137. Asked the client and he shared what he got, a receipt for 137 plus only 25 processing fee for 162 total. Still verifying if that was all he would have to pay, but that would indicated a faster and cheaper process. 137 is close to my 150 quoted from shop, and client only gets charged 25 over by Turo of true. Not bad.
I'm new to your channel. Really well done and done informative videos.
I have a a couple questions. Is there some way to send you a message or email, or should I ask them here? Thank you.
@@saimahsexperience thanks. I left this on one of your other videos but I'll ask it here too. How do you store your vehicles, if too many are not out, to fit in your garage?
@@saimahsexperience thank you.
Awesome information
Do turo hosts take uber everywhere when picking up and dropping off?
I was wondering - do you have a chase car or do your customers drive you back after a drop-off?
Great video! What is your process for vehicle drop off and pickups? Do you meet every customer and hand them the keys or do you leave the vehicle key in a lock box or something and give the renter instructions for vehicle pickup and drop off?
You should buy a shock Vac for your garage and save that vacuum money.
so much content on YT, it is hard to figure out who to believe
This is true! I think when it comes to turo you want to make sure you research your market on your own because the market changes all the time so what was true a few years ago might be different now.
Hey there, what do you have as your trip preference and do you have guest change it after check in to try on get over? For example, they book for 2days, then change to early return. How do you handle?
Just getting started in this business. Thanks for your videos
Hey, I love your insights. Have you ever rented pick up trucks?
@@saimahsexperience Thanks for the information, im going to try it out! Love your videos
Hi such a nice collection of rides! I have 2 cars now with Turo and business has really picked up and I’m contemplating if I should go with a personal insurance instead of Turo insurance. What insurance do you use to help maximize your value?
I’m have a problem finding somewhere to park the suv
Do you have any videos on advertising your driveshare or turo car? I was thinking of doing niche cars and most people don't know about car share programs
Baby fine I got a car on tiro yea my car be moving.
Such a boss
Nice lady running a very good business.
Do you have to get personal insurance on the cars that you rental out? If so, how much mileage do you have to declare to the insurers?
Are you usually booked out months in advance on your cars or is it booking after booking?
Hey Saimah! I sent you a DM on Instagram! Looking forward to connecting with you!
You're awesome 👌. Thanks for the info. Appreciate you
When financing. What do you do for insurance
Great info. Thanks alot. I guess I'll be following in your steps. Stay blessed.
How is the renter supposed to wash the Vanderhall when it gets dirty? It doesn’t look very wash-friendly without getting the interior wet.
1111 🦆
when I have a couple hours down time I watch RUclips...
I thought a polaris was a motorcycle.
You look and sound like kim Kardashian
How do you get soo many vehicles 🤯🤯👂
Mhhm you look 👀 exactly like Kim K
So impressed with how hands on you are. Fantastic
It’s giving Kim kardashian

Where do you store all of your cars?
How much of a percentage turo take ?
