    That is a lot simplier than pressing in the new wheel studs. Appreciate the quick tip.

      The front is easier than the rear. I need to remove the hub for the rear, so not looking forward to that lol

      Yes I can't wait to see them. Also have to say that Jamal's wheel tyre setup is one I would love on my C5. Looks amazing.

    You know Dave, I'm not getting any younger. I really, really, really want to see those new wheels on your C5. Did I say I REALLY want to . . . . Oh yeah, I guess I did. Don't worry, lapses of memory will strike you too, in maybe a half-century or so.😉 Save the Wave🙋‍♂️

    Nice job Dave! I heard the back is a pain in the nuts to do lol. I got 25mm spacers all around so didn’t have to cut off much.

    • @YellowVette04
      @YellowVette04  3 года назад

      Started dismantling one of the rears today, but had to jump on a work call. Not looking forward to it lol. That's certainly a benefit to going with 25mm.

    • @YellowVette04

      The front isn't too bad of you ever want to reverse it. I would go with 1" (25mm) for the rear and you won't have to cut the studs down like I did.

    • @YellowVette04
      @YellowVette04  3 года назад +1

      Definitely satisfied. The zinc coating is removed once you hit the brakes for the first time. The area where the pad doesn't contact is still protected and doesn't rust. I also live a couple 100 yards from salt water, so rotors on all my cars get rusty in just a few days of none use.
