Yes, witherspoons was a fantastic reference point, The new club Bling has a big diamond type thing which will be put outside, so hopefully that will become the new landmark.
Great video Dean. I agree, I would think plumbing first. In the US, plumbing and electrical needs an inspection and sign-off first. And they want to see everything, so you can't close up any walls. A bit more difficult with brick construction. The moat in the back of the building is not good. Drainage should be put in, at the other builders expense. You may need some waterproofing on your back wall,as well. Which the other builder should pay at least half, since he caused the issue. Thank you for the update, I'm sure you are busy. It is getting there.
Hi John, yes that moat (good description ) at the back is surely a water trap, there will need to be waterproofing in our building, but the bigger problem has to be looked at because the rainwater will have to go somewhere.
@@divebar6052 CRAP... And of course the entire row of attached (to you) buildings will need waterproofing. Because, if they aren't, water could get in and then may move sideways into the next door units. I apologize for overthinking and bringing this up.

im very loosly saying Oct 1st, but i dont want to put the pressure on myself yet. The only empty spots on the soi are the ones where the landlord is asking for silly money.

When your bar is done there can,t be many more empty spaces in pot hole . Whens completion date of your bar ?

Dean waterproof membrane going down will need for the toliet area and also for the other water waterproofing needed.

Hi Danish, im pretty sure there is no qualifications for most builders, although some AC and electical guys do go to college.
