I love this project, you do beautiful work! I just wish you would have included the font you used and the size. I think that would have helped a lot of crafters out with this project. Thanks for sharing.
I absolutely love this. I just wish it was for drinking. Thank you so much for the tip of using the end of the tool to put down the vinyl. I'll defiantly be doing this.
Can you do this process on plastic and metal containers too? Or just glass? Want to do a few containers but don’t want them to be all glass. They’re for a makeup vanity table.
Okay, I call BS. I know I just watched you do it but like I tried my first one and got glitter everywhere. So I totally think you made this all up! No one can do these without getting everything everywhere!
Lori Peterson ha! Just take it slow and work with a good surface underneath to catch the glitter. I'm not going to lie- I usually have glitter on every surface by the time I'm finished
Hi there love your video glass is amazing. I am new to this and have been using modge podge and glitter on the outside because I would like to make drinking wine glasses but am using a spray to seal the glasses but the glasses don't have a smooth feel due to the glitter. Can I seal the outside with polycrylic if I don't glitter to the top of the wine glass where lips touch ? i am trying to find something that is exactly what you are using so it has a smooth finish but can be used to drink from. I would really appreciate your advise as epoxy is way too complicated for me as just a beginner ;-)
Do you have to order the Oracle 651 Bundle to make the vinyl decals? Can you just order the vinyl decals on their own? This is totally gorgeous. I have 3 daughter's i would like to make these for. Thank you for your help
towards the end of the video she mentions she's not making this as a drinking cup. if you're making a cup you intend on using, make sure you're using an FDA approved sealant!
I didn't use the polyacrylic the first time I used mod podge and I have some streaks. I am new to this so my question is if I do the second coat with polyacrylic will it hid the streaks? Love your videos
Can you seal glitter wine glasses and not feel the roughness of glitter on the outside with this? And with this that you done can you feel the glitter?
Love love loved that video. Thank u. Which cutting machine did you use??? Cameo? Silhouette? Or? I am just getting started with all of this and would love to know which one you prefer and if a printing or product software needs to also be downloaded In order to ge the styles and fonts and such.. thank you for your time
Hi! I am new to your channel. I am very eager to try this. I have question: Since I am new to the crafting, what are some other uses for the polycrylic? I can only find the small pint bucket, but I fear I will not use all of it, and I do not like to waste product. I am not sure what else I can do with the remaining?? Do you have other videos using this as well? Thank you for sharing such easy and simple tips. It is very exciting to try this!! (Sorry for the poor eNglish. Is not 1st language) Love from Miami
Hello love these. I would like to make my own for family members. Can u PLEASE tell me Where is the least expensive place to get the cups and glitter and glue and vinyl wholesale? THANK U IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!!!❤️🦋
Angel Girl I have a silhouette cameo, and I use oracle 651 vinyl. But there are other cutters out there that do the same thing. I would recommend sticking with Oracle 651 foe the vinyl though
Loveeee this tutorial! Question.. how would u compare the acrylic to spray adhesive? Would you say they're interchangeable for the use of the inner cup?
Nasihah Wylie I would say they are similar, but the spray might be more difficult to work with inside the cup. you'd get spray blowing back at your face
Maris Rios I'd have to get in the software and check. but I'd definitely measure before cutting any project. I use a fabric tape measure (flexible for curved surfaces).
Hi! Love your channel! I've been making mugs with vinyl. Do you have any advice to make sure the vinyl stays? I use Oracle 51, however it did come off after one hand-wash. Is there a certain kind of transfer tape I should buy? Any advice would be appreciated!
shymaeshia Jordan you can buy the vinyl pre cut on etsy I sell them in my store loveandruffles or just type in vinyl decals there will be couple hundred listings at least and most stores will customize color size and sayings for you
Anjuli M just personal preference really! I have better luck with poly over mod podge just because of how it applies- poly seems to dry faster, and it is also thinner. I feel poly is less... goopy?
like the video, i been wanting to make these, just bought some supplies earlier today, to make some for the weekend. do you sell these, if you do, for how much?
What are your exact drying times for each process? Like how long do you wait to put the first coat of glitter and how long does it take to dry for the last coat?
Your advice for placing the vinyl over the curve was outstanding! Makes perfect sense yet it never occurred to me before. Thank you so much!
I do @mpressedtshirts On FB and IG... if she doesn't
I love this project, you do beautiful work! I just wish you would have included the font you used and the size. I think that would have helped a lot of crafters out with this project. Thanks for sharing.
This is so adorable! Im new to using a cricut, and its overwhelming all the things you can make!!! Not enough hours in a day :)
Like how you make a birthday cake a glass with birthday on there how you do that
I LOVE the info on putting the vinyl on the curved surface. thank you! worth the watch just for that tidbit!
some really great tips for getting the vinyl down without bubbles or wrinkles...one of the best videos that I have watched on this technique.
This is beautiful. I try it on the outside of a glassware and see how it works.
Although this is a couple of years old, this is a fabulous and informative tutorial!!! Thanks so much.
Thank you for showing me how to properly apply vinyl with challenging shapes! I have such a time doing this right. Your technique was great!
Wow! I have never seen this done before..it’s beautiful!
Tracing the words, that's a great idea!! I'm definitely trying it that way!! Thank you
I may need to give polycrylic a try

I absolutely love this. I just wish it was for drinking. Thank you so much for the tip of using the end of the tool to put down the vinyl. I'll defiantly be doing this.
Glitter the outside instead. Either half or everywhere but the middle (font)..etc. At least that's what I've been seeing for drinking ones 🤔
So glad I saw this I messed up 3 glasses because of the curve...smh. Now I know the right way :) Great tutorial
Love the tips on applying the vinyl. Nice job!
TFS!!! This has really helped me so much with doing my glasses n crafts!!! I really appreciate the tips!
I just got my Cricut joy and I’m trying to make these and want to know what font did you use for your cup
Very pretty!! Thanks for sharing!!

This is very beautiful!! Thanks for sharing.
Great video. I especially appreciated you showing how you applied the vinyl on the 'curve'.... very helpful indeed!
Would you please make a tutorial on how to do the glitter tumblers? Using modge podge & glitter
Kc Campbell that is the tutorial I am currently recording! it should be ready soon
Can you do this process on plastic and metal containers too? Or just glass? Want to do a few containers but don’t want them to be all glass. They’re for a makeup vanity table.
Wonderful project
I’m new to this but I’m wondering if you can put the poly in a small spray bottle so you don’t have to brush it.
thank you... i did one a few weeks ago and i was having trouble at the ends as well... now i know what i can do to fix it... thanks
i have been watching this over and over again before I take the plunge and start making them.
Awesome. Great video tutorial.
Sweet and Simple... Very informative tutorial... Thanks

I'm just so thankful the polycrylic is water based. I've screwed up so many of these.
Hello, Great video .
Will the inside of the glass be rough in the inside after it all dries and is complete?
Will the glass smell afterwards?
Yes the glass is rough on the inside. But no smell!

Thank you! Wish you were still making videos!
I'm so glad I found you!
Thank you
Beautiful 👍👍, please explain the transfer, how it's mad and where to by
Just curious how do you get the wording ..do you print it out yourself.. Or do you order them already made..
Juanita Rodriguez I have the same question??
Juanita Rodriguez you can go to a craft store an get these wordings.
I cut mine on my cricut machine but if you dont have one you can order them already cut on etsy 😊
Is it okay to wash with a regular dish sponge ? And is it safe to drink out of since the chemicals were used inside the cup?
What font did you use on your vinyl cut outs? Awesome work you do by the way!!
Amazing work Love 💕 it!!!
What font did you use?
since you put all of the chemicals inside, is it safe to drink from? also how do you wash
towards the end of the video she mentions she's not making this as a drinking cup. if you're making a cup you intend on using, make sure you're using an FDA approved sealant!
If you want to drink from the cup use dishwasher safe Modge Podge and put the glitter on the outside.
All materials would definitely need to be placed on the outside. Even the food safe epoxy is not safe to use INSIDE drinking cups
What font did you use for the hello beautiful? Love this brush holder!! ❤️
@@lorihanke6362 It's Samantha Font...my favorite!
Me gusto este proyecto,me podrías indicar donde comprar el letrero , vivo en E.U
Awesome 👏
What font did you use
Love this holder. What font is this?
Great video! If I wanted to make it drinkable should I use a clear cast?
Beautiful, but can one drink out of that glass?
What can you use to make it a drinking glass that won't be toxic? Can epoxy resin be used?
Very beautiful
Where canbi get these stickers??
Stunning
GORGEOUS 💖I LOVE IT😍😍😍
Nice Video!
I didn't use the polyacrylic the first time I used mod podge and I have some streaks. I am new to this so my question is if I do the second coat with polyacrylic will it hid the streaks? Love your videos
Even with Mod Podge you should be doing 3 coats. That will eliminate the streaks.
press and seal is the BEST FOR CURVES
Hi awesome tutorial. I just have one question, how do you transfer the words and lips on the transfer paper??
Can you seal glitter wine glasses and not feel the roughness of glitter on the outside with this? And with this that you done can you feel the glitter?
Love love loved that video. Thank u. Which cutting machine did you use??? Cameo? Silhouette? Or? I am just getting started with all of this and would love to know which one you prefer and if a printing or product software needs to also be downloaded In order to ge the styles and fonts and such.. thank you for your time

I like this it's awesome do you have to use a special kind of machine and paper to do this thanks for sharing
Angel Girl I have a silhouette cameo, and I use oracle 651 vinyl. But there are other cutters out there that do the same thing. I would recommend sticking with Oracle 651 foe the vinyl though
Angel Girl I use cricut and I love it

Great Advice on the vinyl transfer for the loopies at the bottom. Thanks.
Can’t see response here, what is font? Fab video ❤️

Maris Rios I'd have to get in the software and check. but I'd definitely measure before cutting any project. I use a fabric tape measure (flexible for curved surfaces).

Is there a difference between mod podge and that Polly stuff
Hi! Love your channel! I've been making mugs with vinyl. Do you have any advice to make sure the vinyl stays? I use Oracle 51, however it did come off after one hand-wash. Is there a certain kind of transfer tape I should buy? Any advice would be appreciated!
Do you sell the decal i dont have a cricut or cameo. But will definitely be investing in one..do you have vdeo on how to use it.?
Beautiful! could you buy the vinyl with words already and if so where?
shymaeshia Jordan you can buy the vinyl pre cut on etsy I sell them in my store loveandruffles or just type in vinyl decals there will be couple hundred listings at least and most stores will customize color size and sayings for you

Hi what’s name of the font? Really love this for gifts for friends love your tutorial! Thx for sharing 👍🏻💕
It looks like Samantha font
Is it safe to drink out of the cup and can it be washed?
I'm new to glittering mugs and cups. I'm just curious as to why you chose to use poly instead of mod podge? Thanks :)
Anjuli M just personal preference really! I have better luck with poly over mod podge just because of how it applies- poly seems to dry faster, and it is also thinner. I feel poly is less... goopy?
If you use food safe items, is it ok to use it as a drinking glass?
So is it better to use polyacrlic vs modge podge??
Imperiala Gomez I’m wondering the same. I can’t find anything on that. Did you?
veronoem I did it, it did not work well with the midge podge
Hi is polycrylic better than mod podge? Why do you like it?
This is beautiful what size did you do your words on your vinyl to fit on this cup so perfectly? TIA
I can't wait to make these. Is Hodge podge ok to use?
What can I use to make the glitter not flake off? Or make it waterproof?
That's pretty. What font is that?
I love the video. I want to do this project with my little girl but do not have a vinyl cutter. What is the name of your Etsy store?
Judy Ward I don't currently have an etsy store- but you can look up Mad Mugging Mama on facebook and send me a message there!
Could you use this as a candle holder? Would it be okay just it would be cured fully before lighting a candle...
Andrea Tracey you know I've wondered the same. I would highly recommend reviewing the MSDS of all products before using near a flame.
have you tried spraying on a second coat of clear gloss spray?
Question...what type of machine do you use to make these vinyl fonts?
So what do you use it for?
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!!
CAN you Do The same but on the outside????
Where can I purchase stencil that say hello beautiful and those lips. Making these as Christmas gifts
like the video, i been wanting to make these, just bought some supplies earlier today, to make some for the weekend. do you sell these, if you do, for how much?
