Ha! I noticed the difference before I even saw your comment about it...and personally I prefer the unscripted because more of your personality comes out and it’s just more natural and interesting :)
you don't sound weird at all! i started writing scripts, too--they just make sure you hit all the points that you need to hit. the only thing that might help in future videos is going back and trying to comb out some of those 'uhms'! my dad's actually the one who gave me that tip, and i really do feel it makes a difference.
otherwise, everything was on point, the times you go a little off script are super charming, and i think you pulled off this review video very well. i know i really wanna grab myself a set. :D

I’m impressed with what I’ve seen on your site and the art Alice did with them. I have one major quibble that I hope you’re working on. Your ‘skin tones' set is woefully inadequate. There are a lot of skin tones darker than the six in your set.

@@ArtnFlyOfficial I've been spending an hour or 2 everyday for what seems like the past month trying to decide which markers I am going to buy next. I'm in the UK and decided to buy the 48 sketch set you offer but although I can find your markers for sale in the UK I can't seem to find anywhere that does the refills. Can you help me with that at all?

Used a lot for a month during testing and didn’t have to change the nibs or ink indicates longevity of ink among most of the markers is quite good. My daughter a budding artist would’ve gone through other markers in a matter of three weeks easily! Great to know the tip on testing w/yellow to see if your fine liner will smudge. I’m learning again with my daughter and that’s a great point for both myself and to pass along to her. Certainly sounds like these are definitely worth the money being so affordable comparatively and the fact that they are refillable w/replacement nibs. The scrip sounded good-moreover it indicates simply being professional and wanting to make sure one hits all the highlights and or low points without forgetting things. It’s especially important on sponsored vids as so many creators take sponsorships and truly do such poor jobs for the companies such as gross mispronunciations and pathetic knowledge of the company and like products. So great job all around!
I really loved at this piece! The background is especially striking, and I love the concept. Very different from a lot of the marker art I see from RUclips artists. I would definitely like to see a print of this! :-)

Loved the video and yes I also just got the full range of Art n Fly colours! one correction though - their largest set is actually a 48 piece set, but I bought that plus all of the other add on sets - and I have to say I genuinely do love using them, and they have made me fall back in love with marker art. I'm no where near as good as you, but for some reason just using them and seeing what they can do makes me super happy and you're right they blend amazingly!
I am glad you liked these markers they look like a good alternative to Copics, It just would depend upon range of color selections! Replacement of tips and ink is really important and can reduce the cost per marker in the long term! I can go either way as for having a script or going off the cuff, your engaging either way! I like your expertise and your use of them to create a finished piece of Art! I remember trading off buying food or art supplies! weighing the cost and deciding to go buy paper or canvas instead of meat and buying Ramen soup instead! I love your watercolor paintings! that said; I enjoy your marker art as well, you convinced me to buy some for myself and I have used them several times in my superhero coloring binges! This piece is absolutely magnificent! The blending you did on her skin is amazing! I rarely see marker art that looks this polished. I took a look at their website. They’re on sale right now and actually cheaper there than on Amazon but when the sale ends, Amazon is the better deal. If you spend $50 or more the shipping is free in the US. They do ship internationally but there is a shipping charge.

I would love a tutorial on how to select colors to create this kind of dimension. Maybe on a simpler or smaller piece. You created so many highlights and shadows and really made this piece come to life! I'd love to do that, too.

I’m still learning watercolor so I’m really happy when you do those but I also find markers fascinating just not going to move onto another medium until I’ve exhausted the watercolor route.

im a bigger fan of unscripted voiceover, feels more genuine and makes me feel more cozy :) this was still nice tho, dont get me wrong! and if it makes your work easier then do it, ill enjoy it!
also, ive seen pypah's art using these markers before! if you havent watched her videos i definitely think you should, she's got a vibe that reminds me of you a bit in that she's very sweet and approachable and a lot of personality comes through in her videos.

Love Cactus Moma. Very nice. I'm glad you did this review. I have been looking at these markers for about 2 weeks, wondering if they were any good. Looks like they blend really well. And I love that they can be refilled. My daughter has just discovered marker art. I got her the Ohuhu's just b4 they came out with their brush tips. She is wanting more skin tones. I think I'll start getting these for her now. I can't afford copics. So thanks for doing the video, you helped me make up my mind. Question, do you know where to find the refills for these? I've never seen the refills. TYFS

These markers are great!
I don't know if I missed it in the video, but are these markers more on the dry or juicy side? I know some markers cover perfectly with one swipe and others feel too dry to get full saturation easily. Most I've tried fall somewhere in between.
She did say some were more juicy than others and some go down streaky on the first coat but overall they are juicy

Why is it only positive?????
Cause I freaking loved them. Still use them! I didn’t love all their products, so I didn’t recommend the ones I didn’t like. Since I did love these I focused on making this video, because I think they’re a genuinely great option that’s much more affordable. It’s not that I didn’t have negative opinions about some of the products I was sent, it’s that I had highly positive views on this, and the others weren’t related to alcohol markers. But I still use them to this day, and pick them over my copics and other markers every time, I’ll use the copics and others if I need the colors but I always prefer the Art N Fly ones.
