Where would I find documentation that the insulation is insect resistant? Also another sales person told me the insulation is prone to creating mold on the back, have you found this to be true?
Appreciate the video! I have a 1600 square foot home, ranch style, one level. I was quoted $40,000 for insulated vinyl and to also wrap all facia and soffits. Is this a accurate quote for what labor and material are going for these days? I live in south TN. Thanks!
Thanks for watching! Things may be a little different in your area compared to us in Georgia but based on your size home, we feel like it’s about 20% more expensive than what we would expect. Somewhere around 30-33k would be fair.

It's still vinyl and it still melts or deforms from heat. A buddy had to replace most of a walls worth after his neighbor's garage burnt down 50 feet away. For myself, living in the sticks on a property surrounded by hardwood forest, the extra up front cost of Hardie siding and repainting once a decade is a small price to pay.
