    With The stock rear shock can you adjust the settings to make it like a lock out since there’s no lock out just ordered Capra one and found out there’s no lockout this was going to be my bike to peddle at the park with my family also

      Definitely happy with it. I weight around 265-275 and it handles me perfectly fine. I’ve also done some bigger drops on it as well. You will be beyond happy with it for sure!!

    Hello, how tall are you ? I'm thinking to buy Capra Core 1 I'm around 6.4 and 240 LBS and I don't know what frame size to chose XL or XXL what do you think ?
    Thank you

    • @MtbDak

      I am 6 foot and went with the XL frame. I’d probably go with the XXL frame if you are 6.4.

      @@RomeoC96 yeah I’d go with the XXL frame as yt tends to run smaller but they have all the measurements on their site as well to double check

      @@MtbDak Indeed I've check their size and can fit XXL also :) Did you buy MX or 29 option of capra 1 ?

      @@RomeoC96 I’d go XXL and I went with the MX version. Super super playful that’s my style
      Of riding if you ride a lot of tech I’d go 29er

    Man, that bike is really quiet.. I’m definitely thinking about getting one of these. How does it climb?

    • @MtbDak
      @MtbDak  5 месяцев назад +2

      It is very quiet which I love the bottom bracket did come with very little grease so I’d take it out and grease it ASAP. It climbs fairly well for an enduro bike I opted for the mx version so I’m sure with a 29er it would be much better for climbing.

      Thanks for posting quality videos of these trails! I’m pretty new to MTB, but wanted to make a trip to snowshoe towards the end of the season. I’m glad to be able to judge what I’m in for before I go 😂

      Just bought my Capra a few days ago. I was wondering, if you can fit a 2.6 tires front and back or is there a good amount of clearance to clear the 2.6’s ?

    Couldn’t get a good look at your wheels. Are you still running the stock SunRingles? How are they holding up? I’m currently on the fence between the Core 1 and Core 2 and don’t know much about that wheel brand. Seems like a killer bike for the money for sure!

    • @MtbDak

      Still running the stock sunringle wheels. They have held up great so far! The rear needs trued after what happened in the video but so far they have done a great job and I have no complaints.

    What do you think about those Sram DB8 brakes? Are they good? Do the last long? Should I buy some better brakes if ai buy the Core 1?

    • @MtbDak
      @MtbDak  6 месяцев назад +1

      The sram DB8 brakes were decent but I am a bigger guy. That being said I switched over to Magura MT7 pro’s 203mm rotors front and rear and they are perfect for me.
