      WOWSERS😢
Only if you know what's really going on here in Việt Nam you'll run for the hills without looking back like I've been told to do many times before it got to where it is now, an with that being said yes I'm still in Đà Nẵng Việt Nam but for the last few months I was stranded up in Northern Việt Nam, which in the Hà Nội area due to directive 16 rolling lockdowns, paying hotel fees and having to buy food to support myself whiles I'm there all along with paying rent in Đà Nẵng and bills, so I basically was paying to live in 2 different places in Việt Nam, aside from that I was constantly getting a PCR Test wherever I went in Hà Nội, it became a mission to fine a way back to Đà Nẵng, but no matter how hard I tried i kept running into a wall, i went to the US Embassy to ask for a emergency evacuation letter because no buses, trains or planes was allowed to leave unless it's emergency transportation, but the Embassy said that my situation wasn't a emergency and turned me down 3 times by always referring me to the Vietnamese local authorities who didn't speak enough English to comprehend my situation and also referred me back to the Embassy, after 2 months and a half of being stranded in Hà Nội the moment final came when a local Vietnamese friend of mine found a way to help by hiring a couple of unofficial drivers to get me back to Đà Nẵng which cost me $600.00 USD for a 17hr ride back to Central Việt Nam, but my troubles didn't end there, upon returning to Đà Nẵng I was almost given a one way ticket to Việt Nam after I did my 14 days in Quarantine but once again another local Vietnamese friend step in to help me by talking to the local police department and city officials in charge of managing the strict lockdown situation in Đà Nẵng so they can let me back into Đà Nẵng she had to write a letter of sponsorship responsibility on my behalf so I can finally be allowed into Đà Nẵng after spending 15 hours sitting at a Covid-19 checkpoint in Đà Nẵng, well it has been a journey for sure and I'm out of quarantine and I'm now also vaccinated with AstraZeneca, which made feel sick for 3 days with fever, migraines, tastelessness, body aches 🤬😢😭 but I'm better now and have considered to leave Việt Nam in yea from now after I've taken care of a few personal issues.

OK I'm going to sugarcoat despite what you may see from other RUclipsr about teaching in Vietnam or working in Việt Nam, I'm going to straight up with you
Please be very, very careful when it comes to sponsorship companies because it does not mean you got the job, it just means you qualify and meet their requirements to be hired, when you arrive in Việt Nam the sponsor company will interview you in person again for the position you applied for, an if you pass the in person interview you'll be put on a 90 day probation period to see how well you handle yourself in the classroom, plus they will be watching you and grading your performance during that 90 day period, so plan ahead with enough cash flow just encase you don't get the job and have survive and find another job. Also some sponsorship companies comes with a attached clause, which will lock you in for 1 year and you won't be able to quit if the job conditions makes you feel uncomfortable or if they take advantage of your time due to the job contract, because here in Việt Nam there's a 6 day work week plus most English teachers will teach in the afternoons from 5pm to 9pm depending on the needs of the school or English Center, so again be very careful OK, plus just keep in mind, (whatever you hear and see online about Southeast Asia, you'll always have to take it a grain of salt) because in developing countries especially socialist govern countries like Việt Nam, things, politics and policies changes like the wind. So you'll always have to be careful about what you say to locals and whom plus never sign any contracts until you actually see and read the contents of your contract in hand...OK because lot of foreigners have made that mistake of signing contracts before coming to Việt Nam and they got screwed....
So good luck to you my friend and stay in touch and safe..😎💯

It's one guy who was in quarantine as long with a few other people, here in Đà Nẵng the authorities and doctors realized at the last minute that some people in quarantine may have the Coronavirus even though some people don't not show any symptoms upon release from quarantine so now this can possibly keep people in quarantine long or keep border closed literally until next year which is what some people are saying the government should do and most expats and local people are saying that they should just to be on the safe side. But in regards to that guy the officials are going everywhere he went and screening people who came into contact with him and even quarantining some but outside of that we are safe thanks for the support looking out for me it means a lot.

who were visiting in Europe(France) to come back and be with their Vietnam spouse; also, a lot of foreign expats businesses( travel agencies, bars, restaurants, etc) have had to close or reduce staff to less than half
