Wow this just shows that people's skin really are different. I use this pretty much everyday when I have it, along with at least two more moisturizers and don't break out. Of course, I did carefully selected and matched products that don't break me out (i am acne prone) but still. Also I never broke out from using cicaplast balm, like ever. Old formula and new formula.
Yes because u r using tretinoin Dermatologist always recommend using a heavy, or “thicker than normal” with tret, since it dries the skin a bit This product is one of those heavier than normal moisturizers
When I was taking Acnotren (Isotretinoin), my doctor told me to use Apaisac cream (Biorga). A bit shiny on the skin and heavy, but worked wonders 😀 For cleaning the face I was using Noreva Zeniac gel

It breaks me out horribly. Shea butter does that to some people so im assuming its that.
I use retinol and it does break me out on my forehead. I guess it depends on the skin you have

eh, i use it as a moisturizer everyday, AM and PM, with a thick layer in the PM. It works wonder on my acne prone face

It makes my skin barrier and rosacea actually worse. It hasn’t helped my skin at all :(

It did the opposite for me! All the bumps on my forehead are gone
