Been taking 100 mcg for years with D3. CAC of zero at age 60. Recently upped my dose to 90 mg...same dose used in Japan to cure (not treat) osteoporosis. Waiting to see what changes...it did reduce tartar on teeth right away at high dose, so am thinking will never need a dentist again. Which more than offsets the cost of the K2.
Yes, at my worst I was 17stone 10lbs.....Now 15stone.... Next target is 14stone.... Got my smart phone at age 62, 70now. Its great to listen to Fantastic Docs, and absolutely free advice...Thank-you!
My thyroid was removed approximately 13 years ago due to cancer, after which my parathyroid glands were damaged. Since then, my body hasn’t produced any parathyroid hormone: PTH = 0 (which regulates calcium levels in the blood). My bone density gradually declined over time (bone density test confirmed this) despite supplementing with calcium and vitamin D3. At that time (13 years ago), K2 wasn’t as well known or researched as it is today. I started using K2 approx. 4 to 5 years after my thyroid was removed and after K2’s benefits became known. A follow-up bone density test (1 -2 years of using K2) came back 100% normal, my blood pressure is in the normal range, and I believe that the K2 contributed to this. I supplement with calcium, VitD3 and K2.

Great blog! Been studying Mr Google past 8years , for my inflammation issues... Been eating Natto past year or so... Small part of overall tactics to fight my foe, but extremely important Vit! After approx 6 months, tingling in legs died away, natto beans is an enquired taste, but worth the health benifits😊

I purchase my natto in Asian shops.... Main stay shops don't sell it here.
