the ability to day-trip with our x1 was one of the things that attracted us to it. we have got so much more use out of it - and it sure beats packing all the stuff you need into the ute: bbq, gas bottle, shade, water, fridge, utensils... we love bribie too - might see you there some time 👍
@@chrispyscampingadventures That first one, only afew clicks up from the access track at woorim. Easy enough to cross. The other lagoon's were no where near breaking through. Spent afew days up camping on ocean beach. Great camping spot close to Brissy.
You about chrispy got a few questions about Teewah !! Which zone did you guys camp in ? Is there fresh drinking water anywhere, we going for 2 weeks so will need ta top up ! Cheers if ya about !! Bear !
There are no zones at Teewah. We do try to camp as far north as possible so that we are closer to Double Island and Rainbow. You can get water at Fresh Water Creek day area or at Rainbow Beach. We love Teewah. When are you heading there?
Yep 3 weeks should be good fun ! Fish Teewah most days then fish the tides back to Inskip for a beer or 5 ! No fires and half Inskip closed for renovations
Yeah was a big difference from my previous 4wd ranger wildtrak and being about about 1 tonne lighter than the 200, 15psi thought that might be too low for a heavier 4wd but no worries taking feedback in and will try it next time . Thks!
Not sure if you know but when on sand press and hold the traction control button about 6 seconds while in neutral to turn it off and engage center diff lock.
Why would you go to all that effort to have bbq on the beach with every man and his dog! Then turn around and say man it's busy 😂 everyone has a 4wd and there's not many places to go
You can turn off all the alerts in the 200. Its under navigation settings.
awesome vid. love the LC and camper!
Hot tip... skip heading to places like this on a public holiday....Sickie and head there 2 days later
We prefer the crowds
Awesome mate 🤙 we turned up early morning to try and miss the bogging’s and camped for a few days.
Awesome 200 😎 subbed
Traffic looks like a weekday morning on the M5 in Sydney. Pedestrian crossings need to get to the water..🤣👍🇦🇺
Awesome video, thanks to the crawl control very nicely done guy’s

Nice one guys... planning to do Bribie towards mid this year hopefully...
Great adventure you guys! At least it’s not a miners tan (like Rays!!😜]
Hahaha the 6 weeks off will do it !
Amazing that 1st lagoon was broken through on 22/1/21 and running like a creek.
Was that the lagoon where broke through i thought it was up alot further.

What a shit fight! As the movie says - “Serenity now...! “ 😂
Awesome video Guys. Been to Bribie many times, always up at the 'booked' campsites. HAPPY AUSSIE DAY!

I see they have just announced zones. Any would be fine but my choice would be Zone 1 North.
Probably go Inskip now wasn’t sure about potable water at freshwater !!
@@Jim-Bob. you can get fresh water on the way out of Rainbow Beach as well. Inskip is great.

Set your tyre pressures to maximum 15 psi to start with. Simple.

Just like the bruce hwy 😂🇦🇺😎🤘
Gee it’s not the sorta beach you could safely let the kids go run off and play really.
Its like that every weekend now Chrispy its crazy
Great video, did you have to cross the first lake outlet and how'd that go?
No - the first lake was separated from the ocean with the beach. We didn’t go too far down, maybe that’s down further?
@@chrispyscampingadventures that was the only open last time I was there. Had to cross it.
Not sure if you know but when on sand press and hold the traction control button about 6 seconds while in neutral to turn it off and engage center diff lock.
Yes we had the traction control off. We forgot about the centre diff lock!
Just like Vic camp sites, humans everywhere 😞

The times we have been to Bribie there has hardly been anyone there with their 4wds - so it was a surprise to see so many there.
@@chrispyscampingadventures Australia Day 🤔
@@brendanstreet1868 we weren’t complaining. We were there for most of the day - we loved it.
I cant believe why people want to camp on sand. Do you call that getting away from the rat race? Oh please.
