Recent studies have unveiled seven superfoods that not only combat fatty liver disease but also offer significant benefits for cardiovascular health. These superfoods include beans, leafy greens, omega-3 rich foods, coffee, garlic, nuts, and olive oil.
The research sheds light on their dual role in promoting liver and heart health. Certain compounds in these foods are known to latch onto gut toxins, preventing absorption, thereby benefiting both liver and heart. Insights into the best way to consume spinach for its full effects, the standout performance of walnuts in a six-month study, and the activation of cell signaling pathways by key elements in olive oil, all contribute to fighting inflammation and oxidative stress, which are common factors in both liver and heart diseases.
With around 25% of adults suffering from fatty liver disease, often unknowingly, these foods are vital in halting its progression to more severe stages like cirrhosis and simultaneously guarding against heart disease. Additionally, the information includes two complimentary resources to naturally enhance heart health.

It's very strange, I do have garlic with my dinner.
Then someone says don't eat garlic it's bad for your liver.
So I'm very confused about garlic is it good or bad who is right and who is wrong?
There seems to be alot of conflicting statement's ?
