Recently i had a look at the guidelines related to IELTS writing(opinion essay) in one of the IDP booklets sent to me. The contrast paragraph is needed when you partially agree with the problem statement. In case of complete agreement or disagreement, it is not required. Is that correct?

Sir this essay is actually an opinion essay.discussion essay doesn't follow para formate instead colon or semi colon is a key to identify discussion essay
I was Thinking of the same thing because the writer hasn't achieved the task of writing both views he has just stuck on one side of the argument
