To hold sag on coil or air. Loop a tie down strap through the rear wheel and the rails of your saddle then sit on the bike and take the slack out of the strap. Get off the bike and your bike is held at the set sag point.

Followed your front derailer video, got it at right height and aligned with larGest gear out of three on bike, adjusted my high and low correctly, having issues with it changing gears in front from middle to large and really bad larGe to middle.. what causes this and how to fix… thanks…

Different advice everywhere on RUclips you say second largest cog and 3mm is that only for 12 speed or 11 speed? others say go to the biggest cog and get it as close as reasonable that way so goddam
