I'm sure Isaac is old enough to know that he has a biological father, and he considers Casey dad too. I mean Casey is there to support, provide and love him day to day. In my opinion that accounts more to being a father. I think Isaac see's that , also was never pressured to call him dad. In the proposal video when Casey asks permission from Isaac, the little man said he saw Casey as a father.

It makes me so emotional to hear Isaac call Casey, daddy. It's just so heartwarming to see this boy accept and call him daddy and not just Casey or your husband or step dad. That to me is him growing up. He's not salty or bitter about having this other person step into his life. He took Casey in. And on the flip side, Casey accepting Isaac. It's wonderful seeing them merge into one. Idk. I'm having a hard time spitting out what I want to say, but all in all, it's a wonderful and beautiful thing to see.
