congrats guys!! I just bought a new house and built it myself (as in I got to choose everything, exterior, all interior, floor plan I changed). It was a TON of work and stress but it's great. Having a fully detatched home is lifechanging. Hope you guys have fun with this one!!
Thank you Tiff and Casey for vlogging with a regular size camera. It's so hard to hear what people are saying in Bart & Geo's vlog sometimes coz their mini camera has such bad mic quality.
You should keep one of the couches and put it in a spare room, like a office or Isaacs room.

Cross our fingers. No pressure on them. If they don't use contraceptives, it will come eventually. Isacc gonna get a sibling. The new house is gonna be completed next year january. They should be selling throwing things out and packing things nicely when time comes it will be an easy move.
@JKFilmsNewsPartyFan Yeah tiffany probably could get pregant but their new house will be done around january next year.. Tiff and case gotta start packing stuff away into boxes.
In january they should definitely hire people to lift and place it into their truck then deliver it to their new house. By the time tiff is 1 or 2 months pregnant she needs to relax all the time for the baby.
It'll be case and Isaac slowly unpacking the things and putting it into place, tiff could do some unpacking she would need to take it easy for the baby.
They probably need to call bart and joe over to help out to move the furniture around. Geo would be pregnant too. Might see two pregnant ladies relaxing while the men work on moving large objects and unpacking things and putting where they need to be, if they trust them i think tiff and case do trust them.
Otherwise i think tiffany would just be turn off from the idea of getting pregnant before moving in to their new house.

In the UK, any properties need to have planning permission if you want to alter the exterior. Also surrounding land is not a thing also, American houses are so big and luxurious in comparison to the average UK houses. I think your new house looks like a good standard size and distance to neighbours looks the norm to me. Congrats and can’t wait until you move in.

If there's a HOA, you already know the neighborhood is good. I moved from a HOA area to a non-HOA area, and it's completely different.

HOA is bull shit. Think of it a mandatory community utility bills. They should have bought a house without hoa fees
@@Tintinz92 it's good for security if it's for closed gate community sometimes cable is included in it and maintenance to keep the community nice for visitors upkeep and there some rules that you have to abide by like colors on your home, lights during holidays and parking depending on the hoa. And there is a monthly fee to an hoa.

Having HOA isnt wonderful. They will probably mildly annoy you. My HOA fined me for parking infront of my own driveway while I was moving in, twice. Mind you I was grabbing boxes from the car and bringing them inside, it's not like I was parked there for hours either, maybe fifteen minutes.
Time for young Isaac to take some Martial Arts classes. That way you two don't have to worry about other boy's bullying him. Also, a great environment to learn discipline and respect.

I think they talk about it realistically which I enjoy from them.
They made a mistake buying that house. Got on the hype of getting a brand new home but didnt think about the negativities.

That’s what I heard too. They just wanted to join the “I bought a house” train b/c Geo & Bart bought a house. They’re doing exactly what Geo and Bart did. Buy a house in an HOA area. Then later buy a huge house made to their liking.

Buying a brand new house with HOA fees is stupid. Sorry Casey and Tiff, that is just a waste of money. HOA fluctuate. Also buying a home with HOA limit your freedom of wanting to do upgrade, construction to your property. So many rules living in a HOA community.
Why own a house and have to deal with HOA? Could have bought a house without the fees.
