They put down No sand for thehorses to work on ,,even my tiny spanish village puts down sand when they have the horse day on the tarmac ...too lazy,,😢
C'est un défilé militaire et les chevaux ne restent que quelques instants sur la route goudronnée. Alors ne faites pas de réflexions inappropriées.
You would think they would repave the worn out asphalt and repaint the faded lines on a main artery in an Olympic year let alone an annual Bastille parade. Just gives you an idea of how unready France is for the Olympics !
