Honestly, as long as the U.S. remains involved in Syria, the prospect of peace seems distant. The primary objective of the U.S. and Israel appears to be weakening any efforts toward peace and stability in Syria, as they perceive the country as a threat to Israel. However, if the Syrian people can come together in unity, it would be a positive step forward and great news for the nation.

All they need to do is to distance themselves from the YPG and PKK affiliated groups.. there are over 20 million Kurds in Turkey, it is in Turkeys best interest to make Kurds happy.. but it is not in their best interests when the YPG and PKK terrorists plot attacks on Turkish soil and attempts to brainwash their citizens to create a state within Turkey.. if they keep going with this mindset then they will be wiped out swiftly. The only reason why the Turks have not done so is because of international backlash, otherwise Ankara could conquer the fake state of 'Kurdistan' within 3 hours.

The notion of ex-rebel groups in Syria agreeing to integrate under the Defense Ministry is, in my view, a commendable move that requires a genuine commitment to loyalty and unity. The Syrian people deserve lasting peace and representation for each minority group. Integrating fighters under the Defense Ministry could be significant in ensuring a cohesive military structure and a clear chain of command, which is essential for stability. Moreover, it is crucial for interest groups to refrain from imposing their own political agendas, as such interference could exacerbate existing tensions and lead to further conflict. Any group that aligns itself too closely with a specific religion or political faction risks igniting divisions that could have catastrophic consequences. The Syrian people must learn from the experiences of neighboring countries like Lebanon, Iran, and Iraq, where sectarian affiliations have led to prolonged strife and instability. Power may be transient, but the well-being of the Syrian populace must be paramount. Building a nation based on inclusivity and mutual respect among diverse groups can pave the way for a sustainable future, ensuring that the voice of every Syrian is heard and valued in the journey towards recovery and reconciliation.
