This is true because the narc’s cold calculated cunning is their initial advantage…. reason being that a person with empathy and compassion tends to give way too much “benefit of the doubt” and “thinking the best”, thereby overriding their own instincts and intuition about the narc, to their own peril, for way too long. However, my experience is that ultimately, somewhere further down the road, the narc will shortsightedly “cut off their own nose to spite their face” and wind up self-destructing or being stuck perpetually in the quagmire of their own vicious narcissistic cycle of desperation.

My narcissist was a genius until he wasn't , he was 100% for me, spoiling me, making glorious love, being good to my family, a true expert. He never raised his voice to me, but my soul was stolen and he starting to said few words and do small things that will devastated me, I saw his true face and his immense ego, and one day I stopped. I didn't even said good bye. God told me I had to run, scape him. I understand every single thing you said.
He tracked my phone somehow. He ordered a spy camera that was the size of a quarter. He lied, stole my valuables, and cheated…but he was spying on me. I walked through hell and came out the other side. All the best survivors!

he stalked me. had me followed. Recorded audio. Hacked my phone. Had hidden cameras in the house, including the bedroom and bathroom. Recorded intimate moments without my knowledge or consent. AND tried to convince his flying monkeys that i was the bad guy. He thinks he has the right to do whatever he wants to do. I am 7 years out of the 27 year marriage and he probably still stalks me on some level but i don't care anymore. I have healed, am healing. am stronger and happier than I've ever been. I went from believing the lie that i could never make it without him to getting a job, buying my own car, my own house and living life on my own terms. Oh, and he probably thinks i don't know any of the things he did.
My ex narci also did that to me cameras etc. Being followed i divorced him Marc 2017. I left my millionaire ex with our kids and never look back. Dont even try to change them.

I didn’t see it or know anything about what a narcissist or that they even existed. He blindsided me and used family, friends, and community to completely knock me off my feet. Before that and even for a bit after that I didn’t realize what had happened/was happening, and that he had planned it, set everything into motion to destroy me and take everything I had worked my entire life for (home, property of 14 acres, a shooting range, my children and the child we had together…) and he it was executed in such a way that temporarily he did it. I was made to relinquish my home, mortgaged in only my name and court ordered to continue to make the payments keep the utilities on, and to allow him custody of my young son! I spent every fine I had including all my retirement to get what wasn’t already stolen or destroyed back. This was so ugly and ran so deep that eventually as I spread the word and even got the local news involved, the judge who originally fell for his BS and gave him everything that was mine was removed from the bench! My son and I are still basically homeless and I have had to leave my high salary job and am fighting still to clear my name and get my medical license reinstated which is absurd after over 30 years of practicing medicine without a single incident or even a traffic ticket!! I will never be the same. He murdered who I was and my ignorance about narcissists, my failure to know that there was such a thing and that he was one of them left me vulnerable and I was an easy meal ticket/supply source for him for 23 plus years of marriage. I am healing slowly and have educated myself a lot. I have not even considered another relationship and honestly have no desire to at this point. Now I only am concerned with helping my son finish growing up and graduating from HS hopefully not as a homeless child. I wish I would have known that such people existed in this world or at least would have know that the person I was dealing with evil and a lier, so maybe I could have saved us from what we went through. It’s been a little over three years since he blindsided me and I returned from my redeployment during COVID. I’ve been in therapy ever since just trying to accept and heal. My ex covert Narc told me he was watching me for a whole YEAR before Approaching me. Studying me . He told me he watched my interactions with people and saw my kindness. Thought it was odd saying that at the time but now understanding Narcissism I get it!! Such a predator!! 🤢🤢

My mother is a narcissist. They like to do a lot of dog whistle abuse. Doing things to you that other people don’t realize is abusive to push you to react in front of others.
Mine too. She’s expert at playing her four children off one another, too. Her affections bounce between the four of us like some twisted game of ‘catch’. She underestimates us and overesteems herself, it would be almost pathetic, laughable to see if it hadn’t caused so much hurt and damage over the years.
My mother was a narcissist, and quite a dangerous one at that. She used my father like a tool to use to her advantage. Luckily on the odd occasion, when needed, my intuition kicked in and I was saved from terrible predicaments. I believe I was blessed with clairsentience, so was able to survive. I am now 79. During my divorce, my ex worked for the USPS and had a coworker, who delivered my mail, tell him what mail I was receiving! The guy's wife told me about it a few years later. Unfortunately, it was too late to do anything about it! Also, during that time, a job application and resume that I mailed at the central post office mysteriously NEVER ARRIVED at the employer - long story - but I got the job anyway because I hand-carried duplicates to my interview!!! This was back in the 1980's before spy technology was available, otherwise, I'm sure he would have used it! I'm so fortunate to have escaped that marriage, years ago! I believe that I would no longer be alive if I had not gotten out!

I’m not good with electronics and my husband is a genius at it! I wondered how he always knew what I wanted or needed,unless he overheard me talking to a friend! I didn’t know he was a narcissist! My friend said: he’s probably got bugs planted! So I started looking at everything and found nothing,only “Alexa” disks! I unplugged them,I was furious, I couldn’t take a bath,thinking he could have put a camera in the vent! He was on the roof installing solar panels! Then I thought he’s gone all day and I wouldn’t talk on the phone , so he was not finding anything out he could use, I created a new diary, hid my regular one and wrote things down for him to read! All made up, I just had to be careful to be gone on the time I supposed to be,incase he checked the cameras! Now he is going nuts and he can’t confront me because then he wouldn’t be able to read my diary! I’m having a ball seeing him squirm! KARMA is a b…..😂
Agreed my ex narc is a computer tech guy. He would call me and told me what/where I was doing at that exact moment. I’m still looking where he put the cameras. I now have a new phone.

He’s like a mini him-all the same statements, all the same abuse, and he’s only 17 and I have to say goodbye to him too. It’s gut wrenching. I once asked my ex why he went out of his way to find everything out about me/others while guarding his own privacy with a vengeance. He said “power”. Goes after every PRIVATE scrap of information about me - that he does NOT have permission to read or see - then turns his phone as he enters his password or hides his computer screen if I enter the room, like I am the thief. Their spying is sick, evil, and fully traumatizing - and they DO know it because they go to such great lengths to protect themselves. They are the ultimate hypocrites.. No one who genuinely loves you would ever, ever stoop to such levels of soul destroying abuse. 😢 Oh, and don't dare ever try to confront them because then, somehow, despite them stealing YOUR information and destroying YOUR privacy, they twist it and turn things so that they are the victim. It's a real sickness. The saddest thing is that it is often done to you by the person you loved and trusted the most. They weren't able to do so much awful to you because you were so stupid, but because you believed in them and trusted them, and then they did the ultimate evil and abused that trust.
I absolutely can’t believe I reached a point where I was thinking my house was bugged. I became riddled with anxiety. He constantly accused me of cheating. I was always looking over my shoulder when I wasn’t even doing anything wrong!
Oh I feel your pain. Same here. I was accused of having people over when he was at work while I was shopping for groceries to cook supper every night, right after work (I finished earlier than him). He went through my dresser drawers, my dayplanner, my wallet, closet, fn everything. Sicko. I couldn't go for a walk to the drugstore without being accused of screwing around.

They spy on you before the relationship to see what you have that they may want, they certainly spy on you DURING the relationship and they spy on you after the relationship to see if you have built up your resources so they can attempt to swoop back in and take all that too… also because they still want to control you. He hired a car to follow me and then days later told me what I had done, what I was wearing etc., also he hid behind gravestones and filmed me at work (I am a funeral director), he watched me on a remote camera after I had left him and simultaneously phoned me and told me what I was doing, told me where to walk around the remote cottage I had rented, in the dark whilst all the time being 250 miles away. He followed me for 2 years after I left him. I can still, after all these years (18) never be quite 100% sure that he’s not out there somewhere.
I just let my gut talk. That’s all I do! I know now there are strange, not to say evil minded people in this world. I just trust my gut feelings! Never ever will I let anymore in my live that talked nonsense, or Lies or steals, or cones, or rages at me or bullies or is in negative mood, or is always the victim… etc. meanwhile I react with my nerve system, when I think about this persons.. I think my body would 🤮if I would let them come near!

I have one who does out of body and their occult helps them hide things. Such a waste of time or energy on their part for this sense of power. Pray for wisdom to deal with this. I pray for them to survive withdrawal when they lose their power. They can access monitoring spirits too and watch via a pet or outside bird. Mine was a close relative.
I know one thing. Never use a Narcissist's phone or computer at their insistence instead of your own. Maybe claiming that they are saving you data). They are hoping that you may not be that tech savvy or careful and you gain them access to your e-mails or friend's /contacts phone numbers simply by not properly closing securely or through devices like key-logger. Never forward an N something a friend has sent you that gains them access to that friend via e-mail or phone number on their signature.

They violate all boundaries of personal and professional privacy and will even stalk friends / family members online or drive by’s. Creeps me out. No contact for sure. It is very scary to feel and sense a dark energy hovering over you or staring at you. This video triggered me today as I do get paranoid about recording devices etc now. I caught him stalking me before we even started talking. I ignored every red flag that slapped me in the face. He only stalked my fb while we were seeing each other. After I discarded him I took away every opportunity to spy on me. He can go back to hell where he came from.
@GladysArmah I moved, changed my phone number and deactivated my social media. I didn't say a word on our last phone call knowing I was done and leaving him. The next day I started my new life and never looked back. I know it's hard to leave someone you love but your happiness is everything. I am 9 months out and feel so at peace. You owe it to yourself to live a happy and fulfilled life. That is something you will never get from them no matter how hard you try.
These videos almost describe my interactions at work everyday. I'm not certain if the guy at my job has NPD or if he's a Sociopath. I'm truly living in hell and plan to leave my company soon. As of this month his new tactic is to stare at me aggressively while I work and sometimes pull his phone out and record me. Management asked me why I had papers blocking my view and I explained that 50% of it is to find a peaceful solution because of the Narc. I've never had an argument with him, physical fight, or blow up. At random he just decided sometime last year to no longer talk to me and to smear me to any co-worker he interacts with. I'm far more younger and physically fit, so a fight would end in my favor. But as I explained to management this is silly and needs to stop. I understand that his goal is for me to explode or get violent so he can smear me as the bad guy.
I believe you. Narc co-workers' goal is to provoke, in hopes of getting a reaction, so they can get another worker fired or reprimanded. This happened to me and the only thing that I could do was to ignore it and not complain about it, but it took a toll on my mental health. I know some will say that you can't keep running from job to job because of narcs, but I say to them until they walk a mile in that person's shoes, they will never know.
He's probably jealous of you. Narcs are this way and view their perceived rivals as competition. I've had people who all of sudden stop talking and speaking to me when I did nothing to them.

He usually tries to provoke people about politics, race and religion. I ignore him but I feel staring at me is the line I'll no longer tolerate. The rumors he's created about me, and the looks he gives me are as if I k*lled a loved one of his and he's out for revenge. Good afternoon from Mississippi! Reactive abuse- yep been there done that, unfortunately. I’m in my 50’s and have 1 sibling, an older sister by 6 yrs. I didn’t even know what a narcissist was until several years ago! My loving, wonderful father passed away in 2013. Immediately, I mean the same day he unexpectedly passed, I knew for a fact things weren’t right. My sister and my mother are both the worst kind of narcissists. The abuse I’ve endured is so, so wrong. My family was mistreated also. I’ve been recorded, bugged, lied about, etc. It’s been a rollercoaster ride from hell!! It’s a very long and unbelievable life experience that leaves you full of confusion, heartbreak, heartache, trauma, just so much. I’m trying to heal but it’s a long and hard thing to do. I have a zero support system so I’m doing this on my own. I’ve made some progress but it’s going to be a long time. No way to go but forward…..

The brother recorded me out of context on his phone. He later repeated it out of context. I told him to never be present with me again with his phone on his body. I caught on early what he was doing. That was about three days after my Mom passed away. I caught the sister with her phone at the back of my house taking pictures. She told me that she was figuring out how the book case was built. Later, I registered that she was recording what was in the house. I did look under shelves in the house for cameras. Never liked the idea of having enemies. But I had to accept what they are. Tiny little flies, agree.
Yes. They are enemies. Nothing you and I can do about having enemies. Jesus had them too. They can come from your own household. It has to come from a seared conscience in my opinion.
I picked my youngest son up at the airport and dropped him off at his friend’s house and I txtd him when I got home & he asked me if I was aware there was an AirTag in my car, that his phone got a notification. I will never forget the sick chilling feeling that came over my body. I believe there is at least a camera/ listening device/s in my home. Too many little things they have said that made me think how does he know that? It’s disturbing and sickening.

My ex narc has recorded me in the past. Once he played it for a buddy of his. His friend told him that it sounded to him like my ex narc was being abusive and, if asked, he'd take my side. That's one of the only times one of his flying monkeys took up for me.
The narc I experienced would troll people on Facebook before he would go to bed for hours.Often times he would be “friends” with one of their “friends” so he could still troll them. My nephew had a narc that did the camera thing Andrew spoke about, months after they broke up. Various friends avoided him and were put off by him because she was filming him and making up false scenarios about him. Both behaviors I just mentioned are so weird and sick. Stay way narcs!!!!

Another common trait with Narcs- They like to keep "Dirt Files" on anyone. Makes me love people who are engrossed in harmless hobbies and past times ( whatever it is),i.e., knitting, gardening, bird watching, etc. These Narcs have ugly obsessions and are so insecure.

I deal with narcs at work. They watch every move I make, analyze it, talk to each other, and plan. I saw one of them by chance on the phone. He was talking like it was just normal business. I mentioned to him that I refuse to be the monsters they are. He just use a tone of contempt as he repeated it back to me. It was creepy. They genuinely believe that they are good people. They have no conscience. The funny thing is that they claim to greyrock me while they obsess over watching me.
OMG! The CAMERAS! When I had the police take him away, with a protective order, I found those light bulb looking cameras! What a disgusting thing to do. I must say the viewing would have been mind-numbingly dull. I'm disabled.
I have found so many cameras in my home it’s not even funny. As soon as I thought he would stop he literally broke the vent in my spare room where I hang out. One day I happened to look up in the vent and spotted that little red light. I can’t take this anymore. Like what is he looking for? 😩
Well its been a rather long 4 years in my end, thanks to my wisdom and investing in a front door camera, I finally obtained a restraining order against my neighbor who caused so much destruction and had the audacity to make me look me look mentally unstable to my relatives and people in my community. God sure dont like evil because in the long run, shes exposed herself and took the opportunity to take her to court. I now have a piece of mind for once- feels so liberating however my guards are forever up. Narcissists are truly scumbags!!💩
Right Andrew, this happened to me. I'd heard that narcs data gather and one day I caught the narc, a casual "friend," being intrusive as all hell. I went silent and she tried, in vain, to make it sound innocent, but we both knew that I knew. I remembered a few previous exchanges and knew she'd been on an extended mission to know about something I had not chosen to tell her. I never wanted to accompany her again. I tried to sensitively let her know I would like a boundary and that went nowhere. The fun and games and pressure and smear campaigns began. I know if I were to use social media, she'd track me if she could. She won't stop till one of us is dead. And this was a casual acquaintance!
Thank you for bringing this up. My husband planted a tiny spy camera in my bathroom pointed at the shower and changing areas. I found that one but now know he bought others. It’s a devastating violation of privacy. It still haunts me. Every time I change clothes/shower I feel like I’m being watched. Horrible existence. Our sons think he’s a pervert.

As to my appearance he says he still finds me attractive. 5’6” 110 lbs blonde, blue but I’m not as young as I use to be, of course. And yes to all of those visitor type questions you asked. My lawyer said he is legally allowed to put cameras wherever he wants in his home. Crazy. He doesn’t live in my house anymore but I am going to have it swept for devices especially now that I know there were more cameras purchased.
I can relate to everything you have said. The narcissist has been spying on me in ways that are unimaginable, they were not hiding their terrible behaviour. They felt so entitled to intrude upon my life and they destroyed almost all of my relationships including familial ones. Totally isolated and ostracised me because I was not willing to cooperate. It's very liberating to find these videos , to educate yourself on this issue behaviors, I was in a relationship over ten years lied to and manipulated about marriage, we had a child together he passed away two years ago , it's hard and a challenge, then during that time a close friend, it did not work nor go so swell , he has issues and drama , I got discarded about three months ago and put of the blu I get a text from him of songs didn't respond, I believe he just used that as bait , last conversation had with him like three hours , I have been through this before of the lies and manipulation, and he is just someone afar not and can't be that close anymore, I see my value and worth I'm first priority, that chapter and door in my life is closed thank God, so if he decides to enter my life like that again in that manner he can go somewhere else with that behavior, just to realize I was future faked by him too on most of the things said no, there is formal informal bad good relationships and I know I'm not the only one waking up to this , I'm thankful I know now , I could have made the next biggest mistake ever that the baby dad inquired never to get married to begin with , I have learned that if your being pressured into something always say no , and don't worry about what other people think of your decisions either , alot of this world is deceived on that what every body else thinks , but not for yourself, smh , make sure that it's what you want and be healthy boundaries and behaviors, I have been watching Andrew videos for almost a year or so , I'm glad he makes these videos to educate us ,

She recorded me and accused me of abuse, after she pushed me and pushed and pushed me. I started yelling at her, after I closed myself off, in my 'designated fraction' of the house and had shut the door. And yes- she threatened me to share that with her flying monkeys- this is the love of my life- fuck me. It's so gross; it;s disgusting; why am I mourning this person??? And yes she DID put cameras all over the house- AND YES- I did contemplate that she may attempt to put a GPS tracker on my car- what a way to live- with someone who claims to love you.

My narcissist recently discarded me. I'd finally figured out his pattern and what excuses he was using to cheat then how he'd justified it. The damage he's done to me and our son. He refuses to go to any kind of therapy or counseling as he knows he'd be labeled for what he is. On top of that and knowing the past 13 yrs has been all a lie I also got an abnormal cancer screening and had to go for more test which resulted in 2 biopsies today. I won't know for a few days what the results are. The thought of no longer being here for my son and him having to be with his father who hardly musters any time for him to start with terrifies me. He's my miracle child as I had him @ 41 after not getting pregnant for years and having given up years prior. I'm now 52 and he's 11. This is the hardest thing I've ever been through & hurts beyond belief. To know I've wasted so much of my life and love to a liar and a cheat .. that I was loyal to a fault and gave up so much just trying to have a family.

My sister who I haven’t talked to for 17 years wrote a memoir 4 years ago behind my back.. I found it 2 years ago. I’m in every chapter! She put all my business out there, contacting people I know, turning relatives against me,etc. she left out she is a typical Hollywood sexual deviant, her and her husband are swingers, etc. I wrote a book review and posted a link to my blog on her interview videos where again, she talks about me. I’m literally shutting down her narcissistic smear campaign and collecting evidence for defamation and slander case. She only changed my name, but put every identifying information, where I live, my resume, my children, my physical descriptions, my hobbies. It is crazy how obsessed she is with me.

My ex narc would go through my phone. He would go through my bedroom drawers when I wasn’t home. He would find my battery operated toy and asked me if I had used it. I would have to hide it. No matter where I hid it he would find it. I’m not sure about my car, but he put a GPS on his ex wife’s car.

My life has never been good bc the narcissist was my mother who has always abused me. She went after my husband, my children any way she could destroy a child. Tore my life up any way she could. I think teachers need your videos. Any mandated reporter needs your videos. Social workers need your videos. Training about this is crucial and thank you for getting it out there. I noticed many things in my life that could have happened only if a toxic person like a narcissist had been spying on my phone (e.g. stalkerware) and various online accounts. They may even have spied on my phone during therapy, breaking that privacy and confidentiality protected by law. I shouldn't have waited almost two years before talking to cops, but I was naive.
Cops didn't believe me! He's still doing it. He tried to kill me more than once. They should be running in fear because they're doing highly illegal shit. They're afraid to be exposed. As if I'd have any interest in his shit show. 😂
Happened with an ex family friend/elder type figure, after my husband passed away. I eventually found out that he'd been spying on me, stalking me, having me stalked/spied on by other people, for years. I ended up working as his live-in housecleaner/cook, for several months. That's when he removed his mask, and amped up terrible crimes and abuse against me, directly, rather than through other people, prior to my working there. He'd hacked my phone, accounts, etc; and had others do the same. They taunted me, to let me know they'd been spying on everything I did and said, whether by myself, or with friends. coworkers, etc. The abuse and crimes he and his flying monkeys did to me were so outrageous and pathetic, that, when I reported him & his flying monkeys to police, they looked at me, like I was absolutely crazy.
Happens at work as well. After lunch i couldnt find the project papers i had been working on.... I found them left under the photocopier ! Work narc had been tracking my project, photocopying all my work and sending it to his supervisor, passing it off as his work. I found out way to late, then got invited to work on ''his' project , as a way to hand over all my hard work of several months back, so he could own it all without ever lifting a finger... Dodged that bullet, but the amount of stress it did entail to escape, for months and months, was beyond belief. Long story, but ended up quitting that job. Way too late, the continuous stress did wreak havoc on my nervous system. Should have done it so much sooner This video was wonderful. At times is like you witnessed the whole thing from close by. Yes ! To them trying to get you to react by triggering you endlessly with stupid small stuff all day long. Death by a 1000 papercuts...
I won't get into all the details but I've been through this recently. I recently had a order of protection served on me and removed from my house. My wife was in a sponsorship for immigration by me. We bought a house had been doing extensive construction and landscaping. Things were getting towards the end. My wife had withdrawn about 7 months prior and I was going through extensive abuse. Even in the beging of our relationship. She had been recording me and creating a narrative of my so called abuse for almost a year. Developing her network of flying monkeys even in my family. Then when I was getting to close to exposing her the order came. Going through a hearing she had extensive recordings, email clips police reports she had made for logging purpose as we fought she would call the police and play the victim. I'm now restricted from my home property etc. She has a counselor, police, friends, family, church members and even a judge playing narrative. The sad story is I've been through this twice in a row. My ex was her flying monkey slash narcissist. Yes they will go to any length to take you down! I've learned my lesson and it will not happen again. This is very real the video is very accurate!

This is true because the narc’s cold calculated cunning is their initial advantage…. reason being that a person with empathy and compassion tends to give way too much “benefit of the doubt” and “thinking the best”, thereby overriding their own instincts and intuition about the narc, to their own peril, for way too long.
However, my experience is that ultimately, somewhere further down the road, the narc will shortsightedly “cut off their own nose to spite their face” and wind up self-destructing or being stuck perpetually in the quagmire of their own vicious narcissistic cycle of desperation.

My narcissist was a genius until he wasn't , he was 100% for me, spoiling me, making glorious love, being good to my family, a true expert. He never raised his voice to me, but my soul was stolen and he starting to said few words and do small things that will devastated me, I saw his true face and his immense ego, and one day I stopped. I didn't even said good bye. God told me I had to run, scape him. I understand every single thing you said.

I am 7 years out of the 27 year marriage and he probably still stalks me on some level but i don't care anymore. I have healed, am healing. am stronger and happier than I've ever been. I didn’t see it or know anything about what a narcissist or that they even existed. He blindsided me and used family, friends, and community to completely knock me off my feet. Before that and even for a bit after that I didn’t realize what had happened/was happening, and that he had planned it, set everything into motion to destroy me and take everything I had worked my entire life for (home, property of 14 acres, a shooting range, my children and the child we had together…) and he it was executed in such a way that temporarily he did it. I was made to relinquish my home, mortgaged in only my name and court ordered to continue to make the payments keep the utilities on, and to allow him custody of my young son! I spent every fine I had including all my retirement to get what wasn’t already stolen or destroyed back. This was so ugly and ran so deep that eventually as I spread the word and even got the local news involved, the judge who originally fell for his BS and gave him everything that was mine was removed from the bench!
My son and I are still basically homeless and I have had to leave my high salary job and am fighting still to clear my name and get my medical license reinstated which is absurd after over 30 years of practicing medicine without a single incident or even a traffic ticket!! I will never be the same. He murdered who I was and my ignorance about narcissists, my failure to know that there was such a thing and that he was one of them left me vulnerable and I was an easy meal ticket/supply source for him for 23 plus years of marriage. I am healing slowly and have educated myself a lot. I have not even considered another relationship and honestly have no desire to at this point. Now I only am concerned with helping my son finish growing up and graduating from HS hopefully not as a homeless child.
I wish I would have known that such people existed in this world or at least would have know that the person I was dealing with evil and a lier, so maybe I could have saved us from what we went through. It’s been a little over three years since he blindsided me and I returned from my redeployment during COVID. I’ve been in therapy ever since just trying to accept and heal.

My mother is a narcissist. They like to do a lot of dog whistle abuse. Doing things to you that other people don’t realize is abusive to push you to react in front of others.
Mine too. She’s expert at playing her four children off one another, too. Her affections bounce between the four of us like some twisted game of ‘catch’. She underestimates us and overesteems herself, it would be almost pathetic, laughable to see if it hadn’t caused so much hurt and damage over the years.
People who diagnosed narcissists likes to do that.
My mother was a narcissist, and quite a dangerous one at that. She used my father like a tool to use to her advantage. Luckily on the odd occasion, when needed, my intuition kicked in and I was saved from terrible predicaments. I believe I was blessed with clairsentience, so was able to survive. I am now 79. Good luck out there to all those who have to deal with these people.

During my divorce, my ex worked for the USPS and had a coworker, who delivered my mail, tell him what mail I was receiving! The guy's wife told me about it a few years later. Unfortunately, it was too late to do anything about it! Also, during that time, a job application and resume that I mailed at the central post office mysteriously NEVER ARRIVED at the employer - long story - but I got the job anyway because I hand-carried duplicates to my interview!!! This was back in the 1980's before spy technology was available, otherwise, I'm sure he would have used it! I'm so fortunate to have escaped that marriage, years ago! I believe that I would no longer be alive if I had not gotten out!

I’m not good with electronics and my husband is a genius at it! I wondered how he always knew what I wanted or needed,unless he overheard me talking to a friend! I didn’t know he was a narcissist! My friend said: he’s probably got bugs planted! So I started looking at everything and found nothing,only “Alexa” disks! I unplugged them,I was furious, I couldn’t take a bath,thinking he could have put a camera in the vent! He was on the roof installing solar panels! Then I thought he’s gone all day and I wouldn’t talk on the phone , so he was not finding anything out he could use, I created a new diary, hid my regular one and wrote things down for him to read! All made up, I just had to be careful to be gone on the time I supposed to be,incase he checked the cameras! Now he is going nuts and he can’t confront me because then he wouldn’t be able to read my diary! I’m having a ball seeing him squirm! KARMA is a b…..😂

100% Sam!! My son is all I thought I had and he stole him from me as well with money, threats and things. He’s like a mini him-all the same statements, all the same abuse, and he’s only 17 and I have to say goodbye to him too. It’s gut wrenching. I once asked my ex why he went out of his way to find everything out about me/others while guarding his own privacy with a vengeance. He said “power”. It gave him some sort of superior feeling to spy and find out secrets while still having his own secrets ‘unknown’. What a sick and empty soul these ppl are

Goes after every PRIVATE scrap of information about me - that he does NOT have permission to read or see - then turns his phone as he enters his password or hides his computer screen if I enter the room, like I am the thief. Their spying is sick, evil, and fully traumatizing - and they DO know it because they go to such great lengths to protect themselves. They are the ultimate hypocrites.. No one who genuinely loves you would ever, ever stoop to such levels of soul destroying abuse. 😢 Oh, and don't dare ever try to confront them because then, somehow, despite them stealing YOUR information and destroying YOUR privacy, they twist it and turn things so that they are the victim. It's a real sickness. The saddest thing is that it is often done to you by the person you loved and trusted the most. They weren't able to do so much awful to you because you were so stupid, but because you believed in them and trusted them, and then they did the ultimate evil and abused that trust.

Oh I feel your pain. Same here. I was accused of having people over when he was at work while I was shopping for groceries to cook supper every night, right after work (I finished earlier than him). He went through my dresser drawers, my dayplanner, my wallet, closet, fn everything. Sicko. I couldn't go for a walk to the drugstore without being accused of screwing around.

He hired a car to follow me and then days later told me what I had done, what I was wearing etc., also he hid behind gravestones and filmed me at work (I am a funeral director), he watched me on a remote camera after I had left him and simultaneously phoned me and told me what I was doing, told me where to walk around the remote cottage I had rented, in the dark whilst all the time being 250 miles away. He followed me for 2 years after I left him. I can still, after all these years (18) never be quite 100% sure that he’s not out there somewhere.

I have one who does out of body and their occult helps them hide things. Such a waste of time or energy on their part for this sense of power. Pray for wisdom to deal with this. I pray for them to survive withdrawal when they lose their power. They can access monitoring spirits too and watch via a pet or outside bird. Mine was a close relative.
I know one thing. Never use a Narcissist's phone or computer at their insistence instead of your own. Maybe claiming that they are saving you data). They are hoping that you may not be that tech savvy or careful and you gain them access to your e-mails or friend's /contacts phone numbers simply by not properly closing securely or through devices like key-logger. Never forward an N something a friend has sent you that gains them access to that friend via e-mail or phone number on their signature.
watch for draft emails that are not yours> use cellular data instead if wifi at their house and don't use wifi at home they can access use a hotspot

They violate all boundaries of personal and professional privacy and will even stalk friends / family members online or drive by’s. Creeps me out. No contact for sure. It is very scary to feel and sense a dark energy hovering over you or staring at you. This video triggered me today as I do get paranoid about recording devices etc now. I caught him stalking me before we even started talking. I ignored every red flag that slapped me in the face. He only stalked my fb while we were seeing each other. After I discarded him I took away every opportunity to spy on me. He can go back to hell where he came from.

@GladysArmah I moved, changed my phone number and deactivated my social media. I didn't say a word on our last phone call knowing I was done and leaving him. The next day I started my new life and never looked back. I know it's hard to leave someone you love but your happiness is everything. I am 9 months out and feel so at peace. You owe it to yourself to live a happy and fulfilled life. That is something you will never get from them no matter how hard you try.
These videos almost describe my interactions at work everyday. I'm not certain if the guy at my job has NPD or if he's a Sociopath. I'm truly living in hell and plan to leave my company soon. As of this month his new tactic is to stare at me aggressively while I work and sometimes pull his phone out and record me.
Management asked me why I had papers blocking my view and I explained that 50% of it is to find a peaceful solution because of the Narc. I've never had an argument with him, physical fight, or blow up. At random he just decided sometime last year to no longer talk to me and to smear me to any co-worker he interacts with. I'm far more younger and physically fit, so a fight would end in my favor. But as I explained to management this is silly and needs to stop. I understand that his goal is for me to explode or get violent so he can smear me as the bad guy.

I believe you. Narc co-workers' goal is to provoke, in hopes of getting a reaction, so they can get another worker fired or reprimanded. This happened to me and the only thing that I could do was to ignore it and not complain about it, but it took a toll on my mental health. I know some will say that you can't keep running from job to job because of narcs, but I say to them until they walk a mile in that person's shoes, they will never know.
He's probably jealous of you. Narcs are this way and view their perceived rivals as competition. I've had people who all of sudden stop talking and speaking to me when I did nothing to them.

Good afternoon from Mississippi! Reactive abuse- yep been there done that, unfortunately. I’m in my 50’s and have 1 sibling, an older sister by 6 yrs. I didn’t even know what a narcissist was until several years ago! My loving, wonderful father passed away in 2013. Immediately, I mean the same day he unexpectedly passed, I knew for a fact things weren’t right. My sister and my mother are both the worst kind of narcissists. The abuse I’ve endured is so, so wrong. My family was mistreated also. I’ve been recorded, bugged, lied about, etc. It’s been a rollercoaster ride from hell!! It’s a very long and unbelievable life experience that leaves you full of confusion, heartbreak, heartache, trauma, just so much. I’m trying to heal but it’s a long and hard thing to do. I have a zero support system so I’m doing this on my own. I’ve made some progress but it’s going to be a long time. No way to go but forward…..

The brother recorded me out of context on his phone. He later repeated it out of context. I told him to never be present with me again with his phone on his body. I caught on early what he was doing. That was about three days after my Mom passed away. I caught the sister with her phone at the back of my house taking pictures. She told me that she was figuring out how the book case was built. Later, I registered that she was recording what was in the house. I did look under shelves in the house for cameras. Never liked the idea of having enemies. But I had to accept what they are. Tiny little flies, agree.

I picked my youngest son up at the airport and dropped him off at his friend’s house and I txtd him when I got home & he asked me if I was aware there was an AirTag in my car, that his phone got a notification. I will never forget the sick chilling feeling that came over my body. I believe there is at least a camera/ listening device/s in my home. Too many little things they have said that made me think how does he know that? It’s disturbing and sickening.

My ex narc has recorded me in the past. Once he played it for a buddy of his. His friend told him that it sounded to him like my ex narc was being abusive and, if asked, he'd take my side. That's one of the only times one of his flying monkeys took up for me.
The narc I experienced would troll people on Facebook before he would go to bed for hours.Often times he would be “friends” with one of their “friends” so he could still troll them.
My nephew had a narc that did the camera thing Andrew spoke about, months after they broke up. Various friends avoided him and were put off by him because she was filming him and making up false scenarios about him.
Both behaviors I just mentioned are so weird and sick. Stay way narcs!!!!

I deal with narcs at work. They watch every move I make, analyze it, talk to each other, and plan. I saw one of them by chance on the phone. He was talking like it was just normal business.
I mentioned to him that I refuse to be the monsters they are. He just use a tone of contempt as he repeated it back to me.
It was creepy. They genuinely believe that they are good people. They have no conscience.
The funny thing is that they claim to greyrock me while they obsess over watching me.

Well its been a rather long 4 years in my end, thanks to my wisdom and investing in a front door camera, I finally obtained a restraining order against my neighbor who caused so much destruction and had the audacity to make me look me look mentally unstable to my relatives and people in my community. God sure dont like evil because in the long run, shes exposed herself and took the opportunity to take her to court. Right Andrew, this happened to me. I'd heard that narcs data gather and one day I caught the narc, a casual "friend," being intrusive as all hell. I went silent and she tried, in vain, to make it sound innocent, but we both knew that I knew. I remembered a few previous exchanges and knew she'd been on an extended mission to know about something I had not chosen to tell her.
I never wanted to accompany her again. I tried to sensitively let her know I would like a boundary and that went nowhere. The fun and games and pressure and smear campaigns began.
I know if I were to use social media, she'd track me if she could. She won't stop till one of us is dead. And this was a casual acquaintance!
Thank you for bringing this up. My husband planted a tiny spy camera in my bathroom pointed at the shower and changing areas. I found that one but now know he bought others. It’s a devastating violation of privacy. It still haunts me. Every time I change clothes/shower I feel like I’m being watched. Horrible existence. Our sons think he’s a pervert.

As to my appearance he says he still finds me attractive. 5’6” 110 lbs blonde, blue but I’m not as young as I use to be, of course. And yes to all of those visitor type questions you asked. My lawyer said he is legally allowed to put cameras wherever he wants in his home. Crazy. It's very liberating to find these videos , to educate yourself on this issue behaviors, I was in a relationship over ten years lied to and manipulated about marriage, we had a child together he passed away two years ago , it's hard and a challenge, then during that time a close friend, it did not work nor go so swell , he has issues and drama , I got discarded about three months ago and put of the blu I get a text from him of songs didn't respond, I believe he just used that as bait , last conversation had with him like three hours , I have been through this before of the lies and manipulation, and he is just someone afar not and can't be that close anymore, I see my value and worth I'm first priority, that chapter and door in my life is closed thank God, so if he decides to enter my life like that again in that manner he can go somewhere else with that behavior, just to realize I was future faked by him too on most of the things said no, there is formal informal bad good relationships and I know I'm not the only one waking up to this , I'm thankful I know now , I could have made the next biggest mistake ever that the baby dad inquired never to get married to begin with , I have learned that if your being pressured into something always say no , and don't worry about what other people think of your decisions either , alot of this world is deceived on that what every body else thinks , but not for yourself, smh , make sure that it's what you want and be healthy boundaries and behaviors, I have been watching Andrew videos for almost a year or so , I'm glad he makes these videos to educate us ,

I started yelling at her, after I closed myself off, in my 'designated fraction' of the house and had shut the door. My narcissist recently discarded me. I'd finally figured out his pattern and what excuses he was using to cheat then how he'd justified it. The damage he's done to me and our son. He refuses to go to any kind of therapy or counseling as he knows he'd be labeled for what he is. On top of that and knowing the past 13 yrs has been all a lie I also got an abnormal cancer screening and had to go for more test which resulted in 2 biopsies today. I won't know for a few days what the results are. The thought of no longer being here for my son and him having to be with his father who hardly musters any time for him to start with terrifies me. He's my miracle child as I had him @ 41 after not getting pregnant for years and having given up years prior. I'm now 52 and he's 11. This is the hardest thing I've ever been through & hurts beyond belief. To know I've wasted so much of my life and love to a liar and a cheat .. that I was loyal to a fault and gave up so much just trying to have a family.

She only changed my name, but put every identifying information, where I live, my resume, my children, my physical descriptions, my hobbies. It is crazy how obsessed she is with me.

All true, cameras everywhere, ex was always on a smartphone or IPad, almost all the friends I usesd to have are now flying monkeys for my ex.
I have all blocked on phone, email and social media.
It has been a rough road for the last 18 months.

Finally, someone who talks about Spying! They are sooooo controlling and manipulative, they have to know EVERYTHING to do it.
My ex narc would go through my phone. He would go through my bedroom drawers when I wasn’t home. He would find my battery operated toy and asked me if I had used it. I would have to hide it. No matter where I hid it he would find it. I’m not sure about my car, but he put a GPS on his ex wife’s car.

N talking about spying games, my mother used to follow me around and I caught her a few times, one night she was crawling around on my bedroom floor while I was asleep picking up notes that u right back n forth between friends in high school, she ruined every relationship I ever had with friends/boyfriends and so on….disgusting behavior!!!!

Yes the narc secretly put a tracker on my car (without my knowledge of consent) whilst he was having an affair with a colleague. Oh I’m so glad his out of my life, 2 months narc free!
My ex narc used to stalk my social media by looking through old posts to see what men from my past I used to interact with.

My life has never been good bc the narcissist was my mother who has always abused me. She went after my husband, my children any way she could destroy a child. Tore my life up any way she could. I think teachers need your videos. Any mandated reporter needs your videos. Social workers need your videos. Training about this is crucial and thank you for getting it out there. I always tried to get help and the response I would get is, why would a mother do this? They didn't get it.

I woke up numerous times to him standing behind me while I was sleeping, taking pictures of me sleeping!
Oh my gosh!! What a psycho!!😮 Get away and leave your devices behind! Assume that there's spyware on them that can give away your location! That's what mine's doing to me! Still not out and and am still not safe. Tried cops, restraining orders,tried women's shelters moving, everything!! He STILL found me! Lived in utter fear for years! These psychopaths don't care because you saw behind their mask. That's why they want you dead. Don't underestimate them! Run . Make a clean getaway and cook for yourself and don't leave your toothbrush and self care items out. Mine put them in the toilet and I got a nasty infection! Crazy.

I noticed many things in my life that could have happened only if a toxic person like a narcissist had been spying on my phone (e.g. stalkerware) and various online accounts. They may even have spied on my phone during therapy, breaking that privacy and confidentiality protected by law. I shouldn't have waited almost two years before talking to cops, but I was naive.
Cops didn't believe me! He's still doing it. He tried to kill me more than once. They should be running in fear because they're doing highly illegal shit. They're afraid to be exposed. As if I'd have any interest in his shit show. 😂
Happened with an ex family friend/elder type figure, after my husband passed away. I eventually found out that he'd been spying on me, stalking me, having me stalked/spied on by other people, for years. I ended up working as his live-in housecleaner/cook, for several months. That's when he removed his mask, and amped up terrible crimes and abuse against me, directly, rather than through other people, prior to my working there. He'd hacked my phone, accounts, etc; and had others do the same. They taunted me, to let me know they'd been spying on everything I did and said, whether by myself, or with friends. coworkers, etc. The abuse and crimes he and his flying monkeys did to me were so outrageous and pathetic, that, when I reported him & his flying monkeys to police, they looked at me, like I was absolutely crazy.
Happens at work as well. After lunch i couldnt find the project papers i had been working on.... I found them left under the photocopier ! Work narc had been tracking my project, photocopying all my work and sending it to his supervisor, passing it off as his work. I found out way to late, then got invited to work on ''his' project , as a way to hand over all my hard work of several months back, so he could own it all without ever lifting a finger... Dodged that bullet, but the amount of stress it did entail to escape, for months and months, was beyond belief. Long story, but ended up quitting that job. Way too late, the continuous stress did wreak havoc on my nervous system. Should have done it so much sooner

I won't get into all the details but I've been through this recently. I recently had a order of protection served on me and removed from my house. My wife was in a sponsorship for immigration by me. We bought a house had been doing extensive construction and landscaping. Things were getting towards the end. My wife had withdrawn about 7 months prior and I was going through extensive abuse. Even in the beging of our relationship. She had been recording me and creating a narrative of my so called abuse for almost a year. Developing her network of flying monkeys even in my family. Then when I was getting to close to exposing her the order came. Going through a hearing she had extensive recordings, email clips police reports she had made for logging purpose as we fought she would call the police and play the victim. I'm now restricted from my home property etc. She has a counselor, police, friends, family, church members and even a judge playing narrative. The sad story is I've been through this twice in a row. My ex was her flying monkey slash narcissist. Yes they will go to any length to take you down! I've learned my lesson and it will not happen again. This is very real the video is very accurate!
Such a great video. But they all are. I have been out of the relationship for almost a year now. Feeling stro ger every day. So glad that I had the strength not to respond to his calls or texts. I am still healing from the abuse. Keep listening to these videos. They really help you understand why and what was going on. Going to live my best life.
