I just realized that Carl’s got a good Batman voice lol
Never noticed until now, but around 0:50 when Carl starts talking about the families and kids in Alexandria, you can see people that are out of the camera’s focus running to safety
2:10 something that makes this universe that much more immersive, look at the subtle shift on the actor to the left of Jeffery Dean Morgan. His face and his look from Carl to Negan then back to Carl. It's only a slight softening of his look but it's there. This guy was like "Holy shit.....kid's serious..."
"I thought we were having a moment little asshole" I have never even watched this show but loved that moment lmao
as fucked as it sounds i really admired whatever love negan held for carl. maybe love isn’t the word but he felt something towards the kid. negan is absolutely my favorite character, jeff dean morgan deserves applauds.
Wow, this made me stop drinking. Me and Negan are just a like. I just felt it
This scene was the greatest acting from chandler and Jeffery you could feel the emotion
“Is this who you wanted to be?”
That really hits hard once you know Negans backstory.
“Scorched Earth you dick!!!” 😂
😂😂😂
Killing off Carl was the biggest mistake the writers ever made
When Carl talks to negan It reminds me of Rick talking to the governor before Hershel dies
Negan and Carl had some chemistry and rapport. Negan is likes Carl's Godfather.
Carl's death was such a cop out. He was my favorite character. Although I wish he became more of a savage of the apocalypse.
Carl really broke down Negan, he got inside him, was this really who Negan wanted to be at the start? He made a monster into a human for a moment, I love this scene so much…
This is the last time Negan saw Carl.
Negan forgot one of most important things.... All warfare is based on deception.
Too bad mw3 wasn’t out before the apocalypse started
Makarov 😂
XD
At least there was bo1 and mw2 XD
Well Negan told rick in s8 last episode "that i wanted to end you right there when you said you will kill me one day but i didn't wanted to end a father infront of his boy but i made a mistake i should have killed you it might have saved Carl today"
He really loved Carl and wanted him to be his successor one day
I like how a 15 year old kid can talk to Negan and his people like this, negotiate, and Negan listens to him, treats him like a serious adult.
Negan was actually good to kids.
Actually a few years older
@@abominator13 no hes not
“Was it supposed to be this way? Is this who you wanted to be.” Is the best line Chandler Riggs delivered in the show. I hate that they killed him, but Carl went out like a G.
1:45 Negan ame remarkably close to hitting his own guy in the face with his bat 😆😆
You can see at negan genuinely liked Carl because of how much he was willing to try for others, even for negan.
Knowing what we do about Negan's past, Carl was probably the first kid in a long time to be both strong and good and it reminded him of who he was. Negan coached kids, the kids at the Sanctuary saw him as an icon because that's what he appeared to be but Carl didn't back down from Negan, he was a good kid yet strong. Negan saw his potential and wanted to coach him, Carl tapped into the man before the outbreak, before he became a monster.
Carl's eyes 1:26 what the...😂, so creepy.
What do you mean "eyes"? 😂😂
@@ryanbush6118 lol, you're so mean.
Ryan Bush LMAOOAOAOAO
OH SHIT
I wish the conversation would’ve went on... 😢 I was really interested to see how it would’ve played out
"Son of a Bitch CARL. Is that just a play? I thought we were having a moment you Lil' Asshole"Got me laughing so hard😂😂
He wanted to sacrifice himself bc he was going to die anyways... 😞
carl did mean everything he said and negan will never know that… carl truly loved everyone even the bad people he wanted the world to change back and be what it once was
I can't get over this scene i keep return to it. seriously from the best moment of TWD
They messed up by killing Carl too early...man they really messed up!
I think the actor wanted to be off the show to live his life and do other things.
@@WhateverDude38 yeah, could have been. But I believe Chandler Riggs was unaware that he was going to be cut from the show. I'm not sure though.
@@gregoryblake5944 he was turning 18 and they were gonna have to pay him more so they killed him off also i think he wanted to go to collage and do other things in life far as i heard.
It was Carl who stopped the all out war.
Negan broth a sound system in apocalypse 🤣
0:22 "Scorched earth"
Negan actually respected carl
I know Carl was just stalling with Negan but I can't help but imagine how the rest of their moment would've gone...
"Shit Kid, you're right put down your weapons... Now !" Unlikely I know but would've been funny
Negan cared sooo much about Carl that he tried to murder him twice.
Why in the hell didn't Negan just take carl as a well treated hostage/apprentice? It would have kept rick in line and carl maybe would have even been able to bridge something.
The fact that Carl shows up, Negan understood that Rick is really not home.
I missed this bad ass Negan so much toward the end. He should’ve been the leader
Carl was so brave he knew he was gonna die and he approached death like a man.
"It was worth saving those little kids. Their lives are worth MORE than MINE i have MORE to live for." - Ralph Macchio aka Johnny Cade, 1983's "The Outsiders"
“I thought we were having a moment you little asshole”
Me to my dog as he sprints away randomly.
Imagine what the show would be like had Carl lived to see Negan's redemption. Imagine the story telling that would have happened with them working together! Honestly, I think Chandler wanted to continue his education and wanted out. I can't remember the reasoning.
Thank you for uploading these in 60hz. most twd/ftwd shorts are in 120hz and it makes it looks like days of our lives and it makes me naseous lol
Carl was my favorite character I'm sad that he died
