being loyal makes you a dog? if you actually watched the show theres plenty of times glenn disagreed and argued with rick, and even negan was just referencing how he got put on his knees and beat to death in the mud, like a dog, which is the same way she wanted to kill negan.

It was the first time Glenn ever killed a person ,too. Glenn wasn't Ricks dog. Negan was saying he put him down like a dog. They were family. They've been together since the start. Glenn stopped Rick from comitting S at the beginning and is the reason he saw his family again. He even says that Glenn saved him but he couldn't save Glenn. Regardless of the morality of it Rick respected Glenn and that doesn't make him Ricks dog because he stands by him. Glenn was respected like hell and Rick valued his opinion and Glenn has no problems arguing or countering Rick when he doesn't agree.
