I think this works best with the escort being Germany and the attacking team being Americans. The bazooka is only good from behind then so you need to focus on other methods. I cannot wait to see how traps are set and removed, how many repair stations are made, what job recon will have to help direct the tank and infantry support. This sounds like a really cool concept!
Gonna be A LOT of engineers and ATers he he. Gonna be fun. Locating it will be the first challenge, setting up multiple garrys across the map for keeping up the chase, recon taking them down. Might just be best to wait at the 2nd-3rd sector and barriacade the only ways in to any of the 3. No resistance and then suddenly a wall of defense
In my experience as an infantry, it seems tanks do not survive well if there are AT players within range. Even with an escort, a good misdirection play could be fatal to the Armor unit. However, there have been very good tank crews. I'd say its a 30% chance the tank makes it to HQ
The right squeez areas are gonna be tough ie bridges, enemy can smoke and satchel and you won’t even know it. Although there are countermeasures it only takes 5ish seconds of someone laying prone next to the tank on smoke and yeh… POP

Just remember that the German Panzerschreck can pen a heavy from the sides (2 armor) where the US bazooka can't. So Its easier for the German side.

Keep in mind every friendly is going to be watching for satchels and will disarm them for the armor crew. Should be interesting!

Awesome concept but i think one heavy tank gonna be too easy, how about 2 more medium tanks to escort the heavy tank?

Yes unfortunately. Not really possible to do currently on console.
