My son went to visit my brother in London and while there they went to Paris. My son who was 12 years old had finner in the Eiffel Tower and saw Notre Dame this was before the fire. I should've been jealous but Im glad and grateful my brother gave my son the experience. This was beautiful!

On 2018 me and my ex girlfriend went to Paris together. We went up to the Eiffel Tower and I gave her our first kiss. It was also the first kiss ever for her. We had such good time in Paris, and watching this video brought me back so many good memories. She was very funny and enjoyable person. Paris is really romantic city, you cannot get bored of it.
I only wish you could have stayed longer. I lived in France for four years and one of those years was living in Paris itself and the other three in a little town northwest of Paris. Sometimes I still wish I lived there. 😊 I miss the croissants, and the French bread.....oh God I can still taste both to this day!!!YUM! 😋😋😋

Awesome! I lived in France for years, including in Paris and still own a home there. Makes me want to go back! I also always recommend Chez Janou, one of my favorite restaurants. Love A la Mere de Famille, especially the original store. Next time, check out the old Passages, the Jardin du Palais Royal, the Rue de Montorgeuil, Ile St Louis (ice cream from Berthillon). And so much more… ❤

beautiful video editing, i like how much work you put with dialgoue,video editing and also summary. great work!!... what time of year did you go? i was in May 2024..... i def recommend others who read my comment... if you only have 12 hours.. I recommend to walk from opera house, to the lourve, down the seine river, to tower, then finish off at arch te truimpe.. its about 3-4 hour walk lol. safe too.
I got to go to Paris in high school with the French club. I enjoyed my time there. Next time you go you should see Musee D’orsay. It’s a museum in an old train station.

I say don’t bother with walking to the top of the Arc de Triomphe or the Eiffel Tower.. or anything, especially if you only have 48 hours. IMO it’s beautiful to see all of them - including Notre Dame - on the exterior - but spend your time relaxing in cafes and exploring the neighborhoods, stopping many times for good and wine!
Another great video, but waaaaaay too many people and boats for me. I’ve heard Lan Ha Bay is much quieter. I’ll look forward to watching your next video 👏🏻
This is not a dig but just sharing because it’s caring. Green tea still has caffeine, granted it’s less than a cup of coffee so be careful Matt. It’s gotten me by mistake too while trying to avoid caffeine.

Haha… Glad you enjoy the videos! Sometimes we get to stay a little longer in places, but many times we don’t. This particular trip was Monday-Friday. Took the red eye from NYC to Paris Monday night, landed early Tuesday morning, spent the day enjoying the city off camera, filmed all day Wednesday and Thursday, flew home at 7am Friday.
As the statue in NY was a gift from the French people to the US in 1886, the US made a smaller replica three years later and offered it to France to commemorate the centenary of the French Revolution 😉
OMG, Chez Janou is one of the biggest tourist traps in Paris. And you are supposed to spear the snails with your fork pointing down, not try to scoop them out like with a spoon.
Can I ask how tall Matt is? We are planning a European trip and I want to see the catacombs in Paris but I am reasonably tall 1.87m or a bit over 6 foot 1 inch. Seeing Matt have to duck and hunch made me think I might not fit.

Awesome! I lived in France for years, including in Paris and still own a home there. Makes me want to go back! I also always recommend Chez Janou, one of my favorite restaurants. Love A la Mere de Famille, especially the original store. Next time, check out the old Passages, the Jardin du Palais Royal, the Rue de Montorgeuil, Ile St Louis (ice cream from Berthillon). And so much more… ❤

I recommend to walk from opera house, to the lourve, down the seine river, to tower, then finish off at arch te truimpe.. its about 3-4 hour walk lol. safe too.

I got to go to Paris in high school with the French club. I enjoyed my time there. Next time you go you should see Musee D’orsay. It’s a museum in an old train station.

I say don’t bother with walking to the top of the Arc de Triomphe or the Eiffel Tower.. or anything, especially if you only have 48 hours. IMO it’s beautiful to see all of them - including Notre Dame - on the exterior - but spend your time relaxing in cafes and exploring the neighborhoods, stopping many times for good and wine!

Just make sure that whatever card you're using has a 0% foreign transaction fee, otherwise you'll end up paying an additional 3% (roughly) every time you use your card. Haha… Glad you enjoy the videos! Sometimes we get to stay a little longer in places, but many times we don’t. This particular trip was Monday-Friday. Took the red eye from NYC to Paris Monday night, landed early Tuesday morning, spent the day enjoying the city off camera, filmed all day Wednesday and Thursday, flew home at 7am Friday.

OMG, Chez Janou is one of the biggest tourist traps in Paris. And you are supposed to spear the snails with your fork pointing down, not try to scoop them out like with a spoon.
