I feel like a fun CO-OP for Observation Duty would be one person flipping over cams for each room and then the second person running around the map with a phone like this. The person on the cams could just see their partner sprinting in circles, the partner could even be an additional anomaly if the camera person stops seeing them around.
Phasmaphobia can be played like that.

@@nekovannox I'd hate that. It's the equivalent of tall ppl problems in a way. They hit their heads on so much stuff, someone 3 ft tall might hit their head on desk corners or bed frames or cabinets idk i already hit them at my height I feel it'd be worse if my face was their height level

Oh gosh the anxiety I felt when I noticed the huge spider on the ceiling in the lobby area and Gab was just walking around the room EEEHHHHHHHHH. Like I realize it can't do anything to her player but my heart STOPPED.

56:50 I had just been thinking as I watched how cool but spooky it would be to have an intruder spawn and be just relaxing in the waiting room and the wandering man appeared! Gave me a heck of a scare... but at least he didn't come at you - that would have been terrifying!!
If everything in the house is the right size for the intruder who is really the intruder here?

It's one of the games I really love watching Gab play she's really good at it. So happy that Gabs replaying for the achievements! I'm inspired to try playing it myself.... I don't know if I'll be brave enough to play 3... I think running into intruders would freak me out!! Gab stays so calm!!

This is the hardest IOOD yet. My first attempt found ZERO anomalies before dying and the next world is even harder.
I want to try playing all of them I'm inspired by Gabs videos! I'm not sure if I'll be brave enough to play this one or not... I don't know if I could be as calm as Gab if I ran into intruders... 😬
A lot of people are commenting about the size of our character being so small for the house but what if this is Huge Man’s house? 🤔
The free roam is cool, but a bit annoying to deal with in terms of anomalies I think 😔
The anomalies that can be seen only with the phone scares me the most.
I really enjoy Gabs videos, I’m glad I watched Jacks video with her in it! I’m not the kind of person to find new youtubers on my own, so I’m really glad! Gab is a ray of sunshine and makes me feel better about everything (im a bit of a pessimist). Thank you for being you Gab!

I love your Observation Duty videos! A lot of the people I watch play the games once or twice and call it good, not even playing all the maps, but you play every map and go hunting for fun avchivments! I love watching you play and seeing how oblivious we both are (no offense). Your accent is amazing and so is Seán's! I found your channel through one of Seán's videos of you both playing Observation Duty (the fourth one I think) and it's so fun watching you both play it together! Your personalities are so similar and complement each other, and the way you both seem to have a similar sense of humor and make similar jokes is fun. Keep up the amazing work, and get thoughs anomalies! (Sorry for such a long comment, I tend to start typing and just start rambling. It's great for writing stories though! Also sorry for any typos or misspelled words, I have trouble with spelling a lot of the time.)

I had the same issue when I was learning Japanese. I LOVE it, it came so naturally to me, but I lived in freaking Kentucky at the time so I had no one to talk to and it was so hard to keep it up because I couldn't have conversations or actually use it.

PS: Since you *are* in the local in this game, what if the phone were to be affected by anomalies as well? If anything, the call you receive when there's too many anomalies, instead of showing "unknown number", it should show "Boss" as the contact, and then have actual unknown phone calls that are actually anomalies as well.

When I first sae Gab play this, I never understood why the spinning chair spooked her so much, even after watching that video multiple times. This time I finally noticed that there's someone in the chair on the phone's screen. Not sure how I missed that, I'm always watching the phone like a hawk-

Very understandable that this is so much more tense for a player in 1st person. The 1st, 2nd, and 4th game give a feeling of safety, as the setup gives a feeling of being tucked away in some security office away from the weirdness. In this, both the player and the character are thrown right into the chaotic environment. No more wall of safety. Plus, you don't get the nice sweep of the room with the fixed camera angles, making it more difficult to keep track.
so like im not crazy right? "the house with no past" is very close to the cursed house of game 2, the rooms are all incrediblely similar

the character being so ridiculously short makes this one even harder than it should be! having to find so many small changes is bad enough when you're tall enough to see things but when you can barely see on top of the desk?? outrageous

Watching your observation duty videos is unironically relaxing ^^ also, being bilingual i understand that it can be hard to use your second language everyday if not many people speak it around you. Perhaps one day you can make a playthrough all in japanese? I have a feeling you did that in the past, although I can't remember 🤔
