9:15 - the other way is, consolidating all loan and closing it at once. It would be possible if you have gold and by pleading the goal, you can first clear off the consolidated loan first. Then you can get back the gold as the interest for gold loan is very low.
9:37 - Personal loan are short term loan. They have less interest, but high EMI. Close this using long term gold loan. If you don't have gold, the only option is snowball.
9:50 - Qn: People are asking in comments that Sir is asking middle class people to have 400 gram of gold(appx 20 Lakhs).But If we have that much gold why would be belong to middle class.
10:02 - Ans: You can start buying one milligram gold per day which would cost 40 rupees. Monthly cost is 1200 ruppe. So you can buy one gram in 4 month(sir told 3 month, but I think you need 4 months). So, you can buy 3 grams in a year. You can increase your buying power like this, you can easily accumulate the goal of 400 grams. But if you accumulate at much higher rate, you would need 133 years. The above is just an example. Buy more per year to achieve the goal.
To ans the question more precisely, as middle class people, you no need to buy the entire 400 gram in one shot. Just accumulate it in your life time.
