    Good technique. Ich ni san would be helpfull in slower speed, to realize how the technique works.

    Whats the idea with these? Is it to keep tension and apply force while doing this or do we have to try and relax while doing it

      It’s easy to overlook. This drill executes 220 blocks/strikes and takes about 5 minutes to complete. Doing it 5 times takes nearly half an hour and if you are doing it right will give you a great workout and is one of the best ways to strengthen your ukes and tsukis.
