Class #3 Beginning Beekeeping

Through a series of classes, you will learn all the basics needed to properly manage honey bees. Our classes cover the entire calendar year and are specific to Iowa. The information can be beneficial to beginners in other states, but some details might need adjusted for your wintering season, nectar flows, etc... Your instructors for this first class are Ted Reeves of the Friendly Beekeepers of Iowa, and Jason Foley of Foley's Russian Bees and the Iowa Honey Producers Association.
