My shoes collection like this 1. Brown Suede chukka boots 2. Black cap toe oxford 3. Tan wingtip brougre oxford 4. Stan smith with green heel tab 5. Navy suede double monk 6. Brown Nubuck chelsea boots 7. Patina brown tassel loafer. Kind of similar with your idea. I'm only 33 tho.
You definitely on point with the Chelsea boot, I discovered them 10 years ago and I they've become my go to when I am hanging out wearing jeans or in chinos!
I love the video I'm 37 so I'm always finding different ways to develop my styles but I do have a lot of styles at the same time I try not to dress looking too old or dress looking too young
What's good O.G? I discovered your channel over a week ago and after a few videos I immediately subscribed to your channel..... not only that, I've revamped my wardrobe in that period. In the last few days I've acquired 2 pairs of Chelsea boots, a pair of Chukka boots, a pair of loafers, a pair of double monk straps and a pair of wing- tips... and that's just in the shoe department. I've acquired all sorts of outfits, from a pea coat to an over-coat to a trench coat to denim jackets and the list goes on....... so I'd like to give you a heads up, if you receive a message from a disgruntled female, it's probably my other half discovering where the influence on my impulsive expenditure came from.... apologies in advance 😎
I think that they all work for young guys, too. But being young, you have more options like military style boots, Air Force 1's and Killshot 2's, Chucks, Tims, etc. You'll stand out and look very well put together with a lot of the shoes in this video. But you can look good to your peers in a lot of other shoes, too.
I'm gonna have to add boat (Sperry) shoes in canvas. In the south they are a clean look with light clothing. They are close to sneakers, but a little more dressy.
Right on, Jeff. I agree with your suggestions. Sooner or later, I need to add a pair of Chelsea boots to my already too large collection. In the fall, winter, and spring, I like Chukka boots and Dress boots. I love Loafers in the summer and, occasionally, white sneakers. Salute!
Great content on the shoe game J “The Style O.G.” like the loafer, but, I personally a fan of the Gucci 1952 “ Horse bit” classic. Salute to Philadelphia from New Jersey.
The older and rounder I get, the more I look for slip on styles. I've replaced the sneakers with Sketchers slip ons. Red Wing Wellingtons and work chelsea's replace the Iron Rangers more and more often.
My top 5: 1. Jordan 3 white/cement 2. Air Max 90 infrared essential Ultra 3. Jordan 3 pure Money (2007) 4. Jordan 5 low alternate 90 5. Jordan 3 Black/cement
What’s up O.G.? I’ve watching for a few months but first time commenting. I’m really starting to get into the way my clothes fit. I was totally out of touch with the clothes that’s too big but I felt my clothes were too tight when actuality that’s how they feel when they fit but not baggy. Thanks for the tip bro.
I have some really nice shoe's Muari, Belvedere, the old stacy Adams, Joe Ghost, And western boots,Tony Lama,to many to list Over the years my boot collection is at 41,gator snake, lizard, buffalo, deer, and many colors.
60 and live in loafers. 1. i love them, 2. they just slip on and with this old back, well they are a life saver i mean back saver, preferably Italian loafers.
Double Monk Straps🔥. Thanks for the info on the Jack Purcell’s too (from a previous video). As a 48 y/o BM, I really trying to get out of Air Max-Jeans combo. Chukka Boots and the Purcells are a great substitute! ✌🏾OG, and #Saluuuute💯
Perfect list of shoes OG. I have a pair of every single one you listed. Wow! this is getting scary. I watch your videos and it feels like you've been lurking in my closet!!! LOL Keep up the good work OG!
Great list O.G., I'm just looking at the white sneaker and adding that into the rotation. I normally go with the black but I'm beginning to appreciate the white contrast! Salute!
Jeff my brother...another hit! I just said to myself "the style OG" is right, the brown double monk is super versatile...I was kicking it today Jeff. Salute
I haven’t worn a Chukka boot in decades and they’re still styling! I do remember them as some of the most comfortable shoes you can wear. Got to score some of those. May I ask what brand you have there?
Hey brother, honestly, I got out of the military and this is all new to me. Imagine a same day routine for years. Now I'm getting into this. No logos and all that. A tailor seems to be my new best friend after Target. But educate me brother. Can a man still be proud to have served without peacocking too much? Appreciate your time man.
Haven’t worn loafers in 30 years, I have two pairs of chukka that I rarely wear but Chelsea is a good boot for me to go back to. They are pretty timeless and versatile. And a nice pair of wingtip boots, and cowboy boots if you know how to wear them.
Great video Jeff. As an older guy with a stiff back, I can't do the Chelsea. It's too hard to take off. I would add two more shoe types, one a running shoe for the gym, and a lace up work boot to wear for working around the house.
I’m 21 and I was thinking about wearing double monk strap shoes from Thursday boots. I wanted to re invent my wardrobe. Rn I only got dress boots from Thursday’s other then that I wear vans and Nike. I also have a mature mindset too. Love your videos coming from a young man in college.
Great suggestions i have to get me some Chelsea boots and double monk straps to round out my collection Can you do a video for us OG's that lost a lot of weight and need to re-vamp the wardrobe in full. Would love to hear your suggestions for that
Great choices as usual Jeff, I will definitely have to invest in some oxblood color shoes but majority of your choices I have in my arsenal and me being a older mature man I now feel better about my choices. Thank you again for helping me get my mojo back, SALUTE
I got 5 out the 7 whites ain’t my thing but I still got them covered live the video keep up the great ideas we all have our own path but love a lot of your ideas and setups another great one O.G.!!!!!!
Another up to and touching video! I am on all of these tips, but it is always nice to hear why this type attention to shoes helps you improve your overall style. I always look forward to your videos sir! Thanks and keep up the excellent work!!!
Once again great job at covering all the bases. I'm still looking for some white minimalist sneakers but so far i cannot find a pair that's comfortable. Salute.
Thanks Styles! I already got the light two-tone monk straps, then I bought the burgundy loafer with tassel to wear with slim jeans, casual dress and Baracuta Harrington (per your earlier video). I also have a pair of rarely worn black wing tips. I'm not a fan of the Chelsea boot, but I might try the Chukka next. Thanks again!
Great advice OG, as usual. For my formal black shoe, I might consider a conservative, plain toe derby with 3 or 4 eyelets, rather than an Oxford. I find a plain black oxford too formal for anything less than a full suit. Personally, I find a conservative derby a little more versatile. Of course, if we all thought the same, we’d all be dressed in a green army tunic like that guy who ran China when OG and I were both kids.
All nice but I can't do hard bottoms and yes I know they they're making these same shoe look with a soft bottom now I just haven't purchase any I love my british walkers and wallabee's to much but I plan on buying some at some point
Peace bro. Just wanted to give you a shout out. I'm good in the style arena, but I clicked on one of your videos a while back to see what you were talking about. I dig it. I like your style. Keep doing your thing. I'll be watching.
34 here and Chelsea's are my go to, I've got a nice pair of allen edmonds in nubuck. And I just recently acquired a pair of brown brogues and monk straps lol fitting right in there I suppose
Another great video Jeff! Definitely have a majority of these shoes. I would add wholecuts to this list. I'm waiting to get some from the last Beckett Simonon campaign after your review. Thanks for the info my brother!
Nice video Jeff. Most of the shoes you mentioned I have or have owned at one time. I just bought a pair of Puma Gel running shoes, and I plan on purchasing a pair of Grant Hill hi-tops from Fila. I also plan on buying some loafers in the future.
Hey Jeff what do you think about the Thursday loafers in their natural color. Versatile? I have a pair of the brown monks and was looking for something a little different than just a pair of loafers in the same color, etc. thoughts?
Great video, OG!! Sorry, I've been busy haven't commented on some of your last videos. I have all but one of the shoes, and it's on order!! My podcast is up to 1000 listeners. Thanks for giving me inspiration!! Keep up the excellent work, 1 million is coming!!

What up G good vid as always man .I have those shoes in various styles thanks to Johnston and Murphy .I was wondering have you done a vid on Cowboy boots like Tecovas or Tony llama.
Gents pay attention to the Style OG, (although the only suit i wear wingtips w/are cotton summer suits) especially with regards to the sneakers. Nothing's funnier than seeing guys over 35 wearing basketball sneakers outside of the gym. That also goes for Tims outside of rugged winter time work. LMAO!
Love your channel but I'm not into dress shoes period I don't goto anything that requires me to dress like that so I would like to see a video of 7 types of tennis shoes to have
Can the sneakers be something other than white? Also, being 45 can they be something besides leather as well. I have a blue pair of Sperry Top Siders that some days I feel are maybe too "young" for me. Always look forward to seeing your latest videos, thank you for all your help.
Still gotta get a couple pairs of Chelsea boots. Black & brown or tan. Not much of a Jordan or Air Force 1 sneaker guy OG as you know. Gotta rock my Air max 95’s. I refuse to pay $300 for Jordan’s. Just my opinion
A pair of brown penny loafers and no-show socks, ultimate summer combo.
Yes Sir !
This channel is official! Style O.G. is definitely the creme de la creme if style aficionados! Salute.

Nice dude! If I were you, I'd try to get black oxford shoes next, then white sneakers, then chukkas, and then anything else on the list.
I think that they all work for young guys, too. I would add a minimal black sneaker with white sole. (Black or navy with white sole).
Watching from Dublin Ireland.

Don’t really subscribe to the peacock term unless the look is completely over the top. If you feel good and look good go for it
I'm not old, but love this video 💘

I am a interested in the Allen Edmonds Grayson loafer, what is your opinion on tassel loafer with jeans and a sport coat? are tassel loafers …….
Hey Jeff what do you think about the Thursday loafers in their natural color. Versatile? I have a pair of the brown monks and was looking for something a little different than just a pair of loafers in the same color, etc. thoughts?
I'll have to take a look at them Bruce
