I have a shadow box that my mom made me. It has my newborn outfit (all made by my mema) my baby booties, Polaroids & hospital bracelet. Then I have a shadowbox from MY mom's birth. Baby dress, little hand-sewn socks, and picture taken shortly after birth (1944) that her mom made for her. In each box it states who made each piece of clothing & gifted it. I treasure these items especially since my mama is passed.

I think it's good to have bright, vibrantly colored baby clothing (and items in general) among all the pastel colored items as well... because it will help stimulate the eye development of the baby. Other than brown, beige, white I think you could go for colors such as green, yellow and orange (so yeah carrot colors 😅🤣🙈) for baby clothes. Anyhow so happy to see you so happy Gabie, safe trips to Vietnam ✈

I rewatched the first ivf video this week and cried yet AGAIN, and watching this now it just makes me so so SO happy 🥹❣️ baby Carrot 🥕 is already so loved all over the world without even knowing it! Praying this nearing last trimester is nothing but healthy 🙏🏼
After helping my sisters with my nieces and nephews, zippers>buttons for efficiency and time, if you do a lot of walks in general then a stroller is nice but if not, alot of times strapping the baby is just again a time saver and less bulky if you're trying to traverse through a busy area (ie. farmers market, mall, grocery mart). You can never go wrong in getting a bunch of spit up/burping towels, spit up, throw up, and diaper blowouts are common. For luxury, but not technically necessary is a baby wipe warmer and baby diaper specific trash can.
Gabie you look and sound so happy! I never thought I would feel so excited for someone who I have never met lol but I feel so happy for you and your family! Your baby is lucky to be surrounded by so much love and joy 😊

👋 hello One thing I would recommend is to know that a lot of muslin type of fabric is really nice but once it washes up, super wrinkly. Just be prepared to deal with that because you can’t easily soften with products like with other things we wear since baby has to have sensitive skin laundering care. Example: I can use fabric softener for difficult fabrics for myself- but cannot with baby, it rashes her up. Just a helpful thought 💭

The baby will love the carrot. Babies love bright colors. Especially bright primary colors.
