Great review, seems very honest. It would be nice if you made a video testing the DeadEyeVR Enforcer as it seems to have a similar design (manual activation) but you can configure things like fire delay and fire rate. However there aren't many videos of it, so it would be nice to see an unbiased review testing it's recoil against these other options.
@@APEXINNO I'm just glad you guys are making something new. People usually don't know what they want until they see it, and a lot of other businesses are stuck in a loop of just making the same thing over and again. This kind of stuff will set you apart every time.
Yeah being able to buy just one would be great and would surely help selling them, i wouldn't buy the pair but if they do a single version i would probably buy it, especially if they fix some of these issues
Off topic question: when Behemoth releases (I’m assuming you’re gonna get it) will you buy it for PC and stream to the Quest for better quality or buy and download from meta?
@@10speed4 I'll review it from Meta on standalone, just because that's what most people are going to want to see. But if the Steam version offers higher fidelity and more than just increased resolution, and if the game is worth the time, then that's what I'll be using to beat the campaign.
Check out Deadeye VR's new Enforcer gunstock. I think it's a more rubust and full features version of the Apexino using the same trigger on trigger action, but it has full adjustments from trigger delay to ROF. According to another youtuber, they said the haptcs are actually stronger than the forcetube pistol by itself.
Could you not just add a tiny piece of adhesive foam to the rear of the trigger to eliminate the disconnect or missed shots? Seems like a simple and obvious fix to me.
@@yandman26 I considered it. You'd have an easier time pulling the trigger, but I think the travel distance would make for an awkward experience. Certainly worth a try.
@@maglevshadow that's just one gun as far as I know. It'll work fine on standalone, but it's still a little more strenuous pulling the trigger, and the feedback continues even after you're out of ammo.
@@bringhurstvr Dead Second is actually two gun optional and updated beyond the side quest demo into a full game. Explosions, broken bottles and glass. You could have a single shot weapon in one hand and an automatic weapon or machine gun in the other. Which would mean, you could have one gun attachment doing one setting while the other attachment did the other. Adding to the physics of the game and the sound, I think the immersion would be greatly increased. I was iffy at first when I bought the game. But it's surprisingly addictive. I tried the demo of Pistol Whip. It's good. Probably more so because of the music. But it lacks what the other game is doing. Thanks anyway for responding.
@ I was asking if the Apexinno controller works with every game because it doesn’t require a Bluetooth connection when you squeeze the trigger, it gives you the feedback automatically right
@WillliamBeen it does, but dual wield won't work well with two handed weapons, and some games they don't work at all because the trigger response is too far off. Either it's a lot of work pulling the trigger properly, or it's sending the haptics too soon.
@ thanks for the info on that. I really just wanted to use the right hand one for games like resident evil 4 Metro awakening contractors showdown stuff like that.
So I picked these up from amazon and not sure if Im sending them back yet or not. Heres why..in rapid fire mode Into black feels great. That Ratatatatata is perfect. However, for single fire...its just not good. It feels and sounds like a stapler. Fear me bugs ! I am Doom Guy with a staple gun! Also in single fire i dont feel it has the meaty thump i need.
Sorry again, that EU price point for the ProVolver should read 340, rather than 140.
A few things to say:
You seem like a nice guy.
No bias review.
I like what you said towards the end, it's the honest truth.
This is a quality video / review 🔥

Exactly the video I needed, thanks. 👍

Hopefully this fall will bring in some blockbusters.
Excellent review! I would consider buying the haptic gun but don’t need two. Why can’t they sell one and people can buy a 2nd if needed???
The apexinno works with every game right?
It works in any game where you push the trigger on the quest controller to shoot so yeah any game works
Hyper Dash would have been awesome with those
Thank you, you help me make my decision
Does this make your hand bounce around in game? I’ve tried a trigger that has a bit of a click to it, but it makes my characters hand go haywire.
@@JonAS-MR it's got zero effect. Unless you're talking about the ProVolver, then yes, it'll provide actual kick. It's designed to bring realism.

Who has more drive? more impulse strength? apexinmo or provolver?
@@cosmos1985 I'm not sure what you mean.
@@bringhurstvrI mean, which one has the strongest response? more recoil?

Dang that's a steep price for the ProVolver, maybe if that was the price for two I would consider it but I don't need haptic feedback that badly. 😅
@@DanielChaves1984 your arms would be gnarly if you used two in tandem. Probably wouldn't recommend it anyhow.
