@@PranksterAdda1401 service cost is little bit high as compared to other brands other than they have great bhp you can easily ride on hill roads but Sedan cars have less ground clearance So generally preferred for cities and SUV for hills
@@PranksterAdda1401normal service is around 7k per year it can fluctuate depending on increasing cost of raw materials and components
I’d surely would have got this 1.5 gem instead of my 1.5 diesel , had my budget was 20 lakh ! Great car

You may feel bad about the missing features or interiors, but I am sure you'll always feel safe and correct when there is a mishap. We can always add features one way or the other (it is also easy for the VW Group-based cars) but we can never add more build quality or a stronger chassis.
We own a VW Virtus Gt in Carbon Steel Grey, bought in Dec 2022 and till today have clocked 7.5k kms, and i will say 21.5 Lakhs well spent. Interior has mostly hard plastics but don’t feel bad at all, the quality is good, VW could have given more soft touch elements but it doesn’t really bother much and also the features given are more than enough and very useful.
And like you said, features can be added later but you can’t upgrade a car’s safety which has to be our first priority. This car gives a feel good factor and it does feel much safer than its rivals like Verna.

Nice video Ravi Ji. Infact as you know I took Taigun 1.0 AT topline, even that engine is very nice. In one highest drive at fast driving i got 14 kmpl. Yes driving these VW is so satisfying.

Just noticed windshield washer spray which is just a little on a small part of the windshield, just like a classic car.
It should be like that of the ecosport where it sprays covering almost the whole windshield.

I wants to buy in 2 months but confused by your review when it run around 170-180 in full tank , and my brother have tigor cng which run around 260-280 and some time around 300 in 10 kg gas , so I wanted to know if altroz even give 25+ mileage , then I buy its .

Everyone is suggesting to fill it with Octane 95 fuel. Sir please suggest whether I should fill it with normal fuel or Octane 95? Does it really help? Please advise as I'll be getting its delivery tomorrow.

No need, I own taigun 1 litre and never filled my car with octane 95 fuel. On highway I always get 15-17 and in Bangalore City it's around 8-10. Mine automatic variant
Only 95 octane ya aur high octane dalo kabhi bhi normal mat dalo kyuki vw ke injectors and fule pump kafi sensitive hoti hai to long term me ye parts kharab hosakte hai isliye company bhi 95 recommend karti hai
I would recommend to go with XP95 as well. Even for other cars with NA engines (I have driven city with 91 octane and 95 octane fuel and the i-vtec engine feels better with XP95). I own a Taigun 1.0 Topline MT and used to fill it with BPCL Speed (91 octane + additives) and IOCL XP95. So in reality I never got pure 95 octane fuel in the car. Recently I started filling only 95 octane fuel in the car. After 2 full tank fill ups, I can confidently say that XP95 is the fuel to fill if cost is not a constraint for you. With XP95, the engine vibrations are noticeably lower (almost gone) along with way better refinement (engine is more silent) and improved mileage too (which makes up for the more expensive XP95). I would say its worth to fill it with XP95 given the improvement it offers over normal petrol.
Thank you so much for the feedback, guys! There must certainly be something in Octane 95 petrol, given the benefits people have experienced. But I am not an Indian Oil fan and hence, would go for HP Power95. I need to check its availability in my area though.
On sundays and low traffic i get 16.5 -17 in my city in my virtus GT MT
its high time VW and Skoda should not bring Hybrid EV now in both these new avataars with mileage around 100KM on road
