He is absolutely right...Tata dealership ticked every checkbox to ruin my ownership experience. From booking to delivery i regrate my decision to choose tata over others. They may have got 5 stars for safety ratings but they score 0 for customer satisfaction.

I might be an exception but my experience with TATA was literally the best. I No problems with my Tigor CNG and if I give even 9/10 for service, they get anxious that why didn't I give them 10/10. From booking to delivery, the experience was top notch

Now-a-days the Tata is also not behaving well with customers like the rest of the companies, after so many years the sales increased a bit , if this is the case then it will fall back.
I was also disappointed with tata's dealership experience. I wanted to buy Indian product but the dealership experience ruined the deal and i had to switch to maruti. I think tata's management team seriously needs to work on their dealerships and customer engagement with executives. Tata is doing a superb job by making 5 star rating cars which is almost impossible for other competitors at same price. But on a serious note, they need to revive their dealerships.
On this channel I have seen the most satisfied owner till date, and new buyers should learn from him, customers should be flexible, kisi bhi product ke pichhe andha hoker nahi bhagna chahiye, ye nahi to dusri sahi, hats off to the owner, only bad thing is that you compromised with safety, otherwise everything is all set ✌️✌️🙏🙏❤️❤️

That's what Hyundai is famous for, providing everything that a consumer needs and wants in a car except safety. If someone is looking for a all rounder package with premium touch then Hyundai/Kia is meant for it! Although I love Tata and Mahindra but the truth is Hyundai group is still one step above in almost all aspects 🙂

Its been 1.5 year driving altroz. 100% satisfied with performance and service. May be there might be some dealers having some issues but not everywhere...
@@bhanuprakash7440 1.5 lakhs +. No issues with the Engine or Transmission whatsoever. CRDi is as smooth as it was in 2014. Gears tend to get a little stiff with time but that's natural. Timely service is the key. I still get a mileage of 12.5-13 in city (bumper to bumper traffic) and 14.5-15 on highway despite being a 10 year old car.
Owned an indigo Manza. My experience was so horrible that after selling the car I didn't think of purchasing one for the next 2 years. Tata cars and service have to move a long way ahead. My opinion is Tata cars may provide safety but the pain that the engine gives is way beyond explaination. I proudly own a KIA SONET HTX DIESEL MANUAL. LIKE THIS cute GUY I AM IN LOVE WITH MY CAR too. The engine is a fantastic one with zero problems whatsoever.

Tata doesn't have any special aerodynamic design, in fact, because of excessive ground clearance. The car has crazy body roll... I have driven Nexon and Xuv700. Talking about build quality Tata and Mahindra catches rust pretty quickly compare to other brands their fit and finish is poor. Interior quality is terrible. After sales support I better not talk. We were out trying to sell first owner xuv500 which was very difficult to sell. So I can tell you with my experience think before you put your money.
Booked tata nexon xz+hs diesel manual, sales was good and executive provided us a great discount. The showroom we visited is close to our home and reviews are good for both sales and service, i hope we don't have any problems in future.

Listen carefully what he said. Mahindra XUV300 ko chalane ke baad baki sab lene ka man hi nahi karta, par usme features kam hai price ke hisab se aur interior bhi thoda odd hai. Agar Mahindra Interior change karke features daal de to is car ki bhi bookings 1 hours me ho jayegi. Aur ye totally ek customer ka review hai, unbiased, no fake, no hate, only reality as per experience. Hats off to his decision.👍

Been driving Verna 1.6 CRDi since 2014. Can relate to the owner here. Anything below that performance seems underpowered.

How many kms done ? any issues with engine or transmission so far ? asking because I also own 1.5 Diesel in seltos.
@@bhanuprakash7440 1.5 lakhs +. No issues with the Engine or Transmission whatsoever. CRDi is as smooth as it was in 2014. Gears tend to get a little stiff with time but that's natural. Timely service is the key. I still get a mileage of 12.5-13 in city (bumper to bumper traffic) and 14.5-15 on highway despite being a 10 year old car.
I agree with you, that's why i said in the video also, 1.6CRDi verna is a diesel rocket. Nothing compares to that engine.
Owned an indigo Manza. My experience was so horrible that after selling the car I didn't think of purchasing one for the next 2 years. Tata cars and service have to move a long way ahead. My opinion is Tata cars may provide safety but the pain that the engine gives is way beyond explaination.
I proudly own a KIA SONET HTX DIESEL MANUAL. LIKE THIS cute GUY I AM IN LOVE WITH MY CAR too. The engine is a fantastic one with zero problems whatsoever.

Tata doesn't have any special aerodynamic design, in fact, because of excessive ground clearance. The car has crazy body roll... I have driven Nexon and Xuv700. Talking about build quality Tata and Mahindra catches rust pretty quickly compare to other brands their fit and finish is poor. Interior quality is terrible. After sales support I better not talk. We were out trying to sell first owner xuv500 which was very difficult to sell. So I can tell you with my experience think before you put your money.

Booked tata nexon xz+hs diesel manual, sales was good and executive provided us a great discount. The showroom we visited is close to our home and reviews are good for both sales and service, i hope we don't have any problems in future.

Mahindra XUV300 ko chalane ke baad baki sab lene ka man hi nahi karta, par usme features kam hai price ke hisab se aur interior bhi thoda odd hai.
Agar Mahindra Interior change karke features daal de to is car ki bhi bookings 1 hours me ho jayegi.

Due to their rude behavior mene agle din celerio book karke 5 days ke ander ghar le aya.
