Bahut hi achhi recipe hai palak ki. And thanks ye bataane ke liye ki tomato ya lime juice daalne se palak kaa iron badh jaata hai. Kya tomatoes ya lime ke badle me dahi ye kaam kar sakta hai. Because ye bhi khatta hota hai naa. Pls reply.
