If there is a better performance of this piece on RUclips, I haven't found it. This is exceptional. What an extraordinarily confident, patient, and loving treatment of this work. The ending in particular, where he lets the room's acoustics play a part by letting the chords breathe and decay before he hits the next chord. Almost everyone else rushes through that passage, but he leaves tons of space to let the room work. The same thing with the last Major 6 chord and the way he paces the final descending bass line and lets the overtones work their magic in a big way. Sensational.
Dear Vincent; I think this is one of the great master works for the organ, majestic and completely revolutionary... and you played the hell out it! But I didn't really care for the way it was recorded (mic. in the organ loft.) Love everything you do but listen to your recording engeneers and their results. Blessings. CVD
