Thank you. I am glad that you, the mechanic, are pleased with my work. The color was based on the color material close to my memory of the engines I saw as a child.😀
Thank you. Painting a plastic model is the same as drawing a picture. By writing on a piece of paper with paint, you can make it look three-dimensional😀
Thank you for your comment. If there are gaps in the parts, they will stand out after completion. If one part shifts, the other parts will also shift. It feels good to fit tightly!
@@mokeipaint In your movies you are using some kind of white plastic stick with sandpaper glued on to sand your models, can you explain what is it and why you are using it instead of files? I want go back to making models and lots of tools and techniques people are using now is new to me :)
The white board is polycarbonate. It is used to sharpen straight. Any straight board will do. You can sharpen it neatly by scraping it with a straight board. The sandpaper is attached with double-sided tape.
I love building models… it’s quit depressing watching you….knowing I’ll never be able to achieve the level you have reached…. You are absolutely amazing my friend. Love the videos. You push me to become better everyday… Thank you. 1 more thing how many hours in total would you say you have on the engine?
@@mokeipaint Your technical ability is far superior to anyone… and I mean anyone I have ever seen. We’re not worthy… we’re not worthy…. Wayne’s World. You are the best.
Thanks for sharing the modeling tips. In video 5:10, when you apply the base primer, do you paint the entire engine? Or do you apply the primer on only the seam line that you ever fix?
This is simply amazing, ive never seen such a level of detail in a model kit, this is simply a piece of art and i am thankfull that you upload these videos. Also may i ask you, where do you get your references to know specifically what color to paint each part of the engine or every part of the car? Greetings from Argentina!

I really enjoy your videos. I noticed at the beginning of the video you have the entire model mocked up before any painting was done. What do you use to temporarily "glue" the pieces together?
Thank you very much. I am using transparent tape for shooting. I usually use masking tape. Rubber adhesive is used for small parts. The rubber adhesive can be peeled off.
Thank you very much. I am glad that you are pleased. I will post the next video soon. I have entered the video editing work stage. Please look forward to it!
@@mokeipaint Can I ask a question about the spark plug wiring? I see that you are using Model Factory Hiro black φ0.28 piping cord. What are you using for the spark plug caps?
Thank you for your comment. If you use Tamiya and Mr. Hobby glue, use it where you want to remove the seams with putty. Other than that, it is a rubber adhesive.

Really nice job. When I heard Tamiya was making a 240Z kit I was afraid it would be a curbside kit with no engine.
Thank you. The engine of this kit has better reproducibility than the engine of Tamiya kit so far. I feel the enthusiasm of Tamiya.
