    Hi, excellent work as always, new to your skills. I have a question for you, what is the black powder you add to paint and im assuming thinner for the great looking carpet interior you make?
    Many thanks in advance, and please keep posting your work.

      Thank you. The black pigment I use is a Japanese painting pigment. You can purchase it at art supply stores. There are various colors.

    Thank You for the how to on painting the exhaust. On the muffler, was it clear orange you used for the darker seams? Also, I noticed a new polyester putty? What brand is that please. Always a good day to come home to Mokei video's.

      The welding area is painted with clear blue, clear red, flat black, and flat base, and the area around the welding area is painted with clear red and clear orange little by little.
      The putty I use is Wave Putty Revolution Morimori 40g WKS011 amzn.asia/d/1bpzOZr . The material is the same as Tamiya polyester putty.

    At 7:21 What size drill bit did you use for the rear diff? And what size poly tubes? For the others I used .63 mm bit but this still seems to large. Fantastic work, thank you for the inspiration!

    • @mokeipaint
      @mokeipaint  8 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you. I use a 0.3mm drill bit to make holes in the shafts of the differentials. I stretch the white plastic rods by heating the runners of the kit over a fire, but it's difficult to make them 0.3mm thick. I sometimes use sandpaper to grind the stretched runners down to 0.3mm thick. I often use 0.2~0.6mm for the suspension and frame.

    Could you translate the name of the putty please? This seems similar to tamiya polyester putty which is extremely hard to find

      I think this putty is sold in Japan barchetta Putty Kakumei Morimori Low Shrinkage Type 120g [WAVE WKS-252] amzn.asia/d/84Y6FAE Same material as Tamiya polyester putty.

    Hello blogger, I have a model car and the car glass is broken. Where can I get a new car glass? Or is there any way to make a new car glass?

    • @mokeipaint
      @mokeipaint  Год назад

      Hello! You may want to contact the manufacturer. If that doesn't work, the only option is to make a resin copy.
