I love Timmy and Manu (and I like Parker), but Magic, Abdul-Jabbar, and Worthy were just one of the 3 man combinations that were better than those 3 spurs.
I'm from Argentina. We admire Manu because he's a smart and really gifted player. Also he works hard every minute of every game, trying to do his best performance and giving all for his team. But mostly we LOVE him, cause of his big heart. ¡Gracias, Manu, quisiera verte jugar por siempre!
He seems to have perfected the five hole pass just because it's sometimes the best option, if you're that good of a passer. Either way, he's a genius. Imagine if he had Griffin and Jordan on those rolls, ughhh.
Griffen and DeAndre Jordan would have produced more dunks, but Ginobli was running pick and rolls with Duncan, a top 5-8 player ever. He was not shorted on roll talent.
It's more than just his passing... His attitude towards winning is almost unbeatable. Hard to find a guy that would sacrifice more. Think about it. Manu could have put up 26/7/5 EASY in his prime if he was the main guy on another team. But he was just fine being a 3rd guy and coming off the bench most of his career. Just... Wow.
I think the best passes of recent seasons were (1) the baseball pass from Manu to Bonner (2) at fast break no look back pass to KLaw for dunk and (3) Patty to Manu and behind the back pass from Manu for a Patty lay.
The tunnel, a pass between legs, “el caño" is a kind of extreme-overrated tradition in Argentine. The fans enjoy it like a goal, sometimes even more (watch in RUclips “Caño Riquelme a Yepes). In any other sports, even if we don't know the rules, when we see something similar we celebrate it. For us, Soccer is everywhere, including manu's Game. Incluso somos un poco idiotas con eso, pero no nos importa demasiado, porque lo disfrutamos.
+Aries Doria Have you ever watched a Euro League game? The European style has zero improvisation and it is 100% mechanical. Manu got his improvisation skills from the Argentinean soccer playgrounds.
This video is a clinic on how to pass the basketball. It’s really unfair. These aren’t even in transition. It’s manu running a set play off a pick and roll where he is always going to deliver the ball on the roll directly leading to a bucket. Just pure skill.
Look at the way every single defence plays the pick and roll. The big is so low down every time. In today's league with players like Steph curry that's a wide open 3 every day of the week. Crazy how the game has changed in the last 10 years
I love it when Van Gundy says nutmeg, I prefer calling it five-hole with a little hockey reference, 1 of the few players that actually has the guts, skill & confidence to do that. You can imagine the numerous heartattacks he gave Pop.
“Oh mama what a pass by ginobili” will forever have a fond memory in my heart
Exeptional passing ability with a high basketball IQ!
Thats what makes him special in such a different way..style of playing basketball!
Manu is the greatest 6th Man in the history of the game hands down
nah bro dont disrespect lou will like that
Andrew Absalan who?
Andrew Absalan lmaooo
lou who
Don't forget the most stylish, a fukn savant. (and I respect everybody in the game but how tf can you throw lou in there to compare)
Manu makes everyone look good.
Such fluidity and proficiency in full perpetual motion. Manu Ginobli is an orchestra conducting at work.
One of the most underrated playmakers in the history of the NBA
timmy, parker and manu.. the best trio in NBA history
I love Timmy and Manu (and I like Parker), but Magic, Abdul-Jabbar, and Worthy were just one of the 3 man combinations that were better than those 3 spurs.
these are plays that you can really say that pops didnt made ginobili, but are all of manu's creativity.
if nutmegs were a stat, manu would be the all-time leader and it wouldn't even be close
Then Trae Young broke that record
@@versatillion15 What? Lol always a dickrider has to give their input
Me sorprendió la cantidad de tantos de Tiago Spliter con asistencias de Manu. Creo que Manu es el que mejor le hizo jugar en su carrera
You know you are good when you make Tiago Splitter look like a beast
And a hall of famer when you make DeJuan Blair look like second coming of Barkley.
Tiago Splitter was a good player. Not a star, but a valuable role player. He was good enough that Duncan could go back to playing some at the 4.
this guy is in my hall of fame in basketball any time!!!
Best passing 2 guard ever
James Harden took that crown🤣😂
@@heartlesstv4916 the stat padder? Yeah right
@@heartlesstv4916 no, he definitely didn't. Harden is waaaaay more limited in the kind of reads he makes
How can you not love Ginobili lol fan or not
xNBAChamp his flops

starting at 2:15 it's NINE straight nutmegs in a row from Manu's career. awesome.
he makes it look so easy to do
best passer without needing to over dribble or waste alot of time
Beautyful work

I could watch Manu highlights all day, while his past opponents are still having nightmares about ginobiliiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Just beautiful...
Imagine had he started all his games instead of being a 6th man. One of my favorite players.
His passing IQ is on par with the top PG in the game. Happy Birthday Manu!
One of the best basketball videos I have seen
The most unselfish player in nba history

Argentina isn't known for soccer for nothing, Manu has some soccer in his between the legs pass.
Is the Juan Riquelme of basketball

Manu "plumber" ginobili
Who else thinks it's B.S that this guy isn't a state farm assister!
one of the best players of the NBA.. the style of European Basketball is showing when Spurs play..
How is european style??
+Aries Doria Have you ever watched a Euro League game? The European style has zero improvisation and it is 100% mechanical. Manu got his improvisation skills from the Argentinean soccer playgrounds.
Manu "The Tunnel" Ginobili

Best ever
Manu is the Bret Favre of Basketball
Great vid. Gracias!!!
NBA welcome to MANU, underrated, unselfish, hi IQ basketball sense.
Nice edition !!!
De Juan Blair can't understand why is he in so many highlights
I can't understand how they made a play designed to nutmeg someone.
Campazzo's teacher.
insane passing
I miss him :/
He must have slow motion vision.
Como Me encanta verlo tirar el Cañobili!!!
Manu is a master of drawing or pulling 2 defenders to his side, thus making a teammate most f the time. He us the best on that style of play.
Excelente trabajo. Manu HOF sin dudas.
jugada clásica, el que te hace la pared siempre queda libre. excelente
I have heard a lot good things about D'angelo russell's passing skills. I hope he can pick out passes like Manu.
Here is one quality of manu that I do think was never taught by a coach that he was with, bet it.

amazing
Now you know who is the real finals mvp back in 2005
I love it when Van Gundy says nutmeg, I prefer calling it five-hole with a little hockey reference, 1 of the few players that actually has the guts, skill & confidence to do that. You can imagine the numerous heartattacks he gave Pop.
he could really be the real life Kuroko from kuroko no basket
Wouldn't be suprised if the author used Manu for inspiration.
2:20 Don't do me like that
San Antonio is Ryonan and Manu Ginobili is Akira Sendoh.
can you make a video of Manu's slash and layup?
I definitely will start working on it
Please man, your editing with the original coments are fantastic. We need more manu material.
Nutmeg with Blair is automatic.
the real white chocolate
Manu Ginobili Connection 😃
He is always one motion earlier than the defender
Nice passes from 6:30
Esa ultima estuvo her mo sa 👏👏👏
That last one.. Omfg jaja
Atlanta got a Damn good steal in Tiago . he will elevate that team .
lol they forgot to get Ginobili who made Splitter look beastly
This is where koruko came from
Ohh mama 😂
