What a dream car that is, compared to what I think the g90 will be...
The F90 M5 Competition is just beautiful ~~ I love this M5 in terms of looks the most, and wow, I timed 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds, in which I believe BMW actually claims like 3.2 or 3.3 seconds. But 2.9 seconds is absolutely insane. That's literally a supercar in sedan form. It's also cracy how BMW can tune that already amazing ZF 8-speed automatic almost like a dual clutch transmission, and the short gear ratios just allow this thing to pull so hard and keep the engine in the powerband.
Bmws tuning of the gearbox is very conservative
If you want to see what it can do, look at a Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio

Try again 100-200 for AMG GT Black Series. I believe it could do this per 5.4 or faster

Why the title says 2024 M5 since M5 F90 is not manufactured anymore since May 2023? Also, this is not what the new M5 in 2024 will look like.
I loved my 2018 M5 Competition in Marina Bay Blue. I am a little surprised by the measured times. My old car went 100-200 in 7.1, others were able to do it in sub 7.
Right now I have a M3 G80 Competition xDrive. It's a great car but not a V8. When you drive 200+ km/h you realise the missing boost of 600+ hp. Looking forward to the G90. When nothing big happens (e.g. not offering a Competition from the start like M2) it will be my next car.
I now have a stage2 M5 '18 Marina Bay Blue and I love it! Would'nt trade it for an M3, the torque and sound with custom mufflers is addictive! The car in the video had the heaviest stock wheels, maybe that's the difference because I have lightweigt wheels now and you can feel the difference in pickup and braking.
I have a 2019 in marine bay blue and I love the look of the new m3 and the size but definitely true nothing compares to that v8 engine sound and power

I hope the translation works. Yes, V8 Biturbo is the best. I really like the new McLaren 750S. It has "only" 750 V8 horsepower but I guess it can keep up with the hybrids from Lamborghini and Ferrari with way more power.

All the regulations and emissions have caused the sound of the car to be very tame unfortunately. Def needs aftermarket exhaust.
This car is much slower than the 2020 m5 comp on your channel. That car did 6.7 s 100-200 and effortlessly reached 300+kph while this was struggling at the top end near 280kph… what went wrong? Pretty sure the 2021 model was a facelift as this
This is the same F90 LCI. It’s probably just running slow. The 2024 M5 is not out yet

Both m5c and e63s were faster 100-200 before the facelift so i guess OPF and restrictions
