    I'd love to see a version of this where the voice stops after like 10 mins and just has the ambient music for a while

      When I had really bad sleep-maintenance insomnia caused by grief (feeding anxiety and depression), it took me 3 months of practicing yoga nidra at least two hours per day to get my deep sleep back.
      If your sleep is affected by prescriptions or drug interactions, a physical injury, difficulty breathing or sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, etc., get those sorted out first.
