Man, I'm happy I decided to start watching the ATS series, never thought he'd be driving to my home! XD
I think this is the best truck mod in ats hands down.
The reason you are crashing is DPs Traffic Mod. Its unstable. I can't even load into a profile with the mod being used in it. It will immediately crash.
Class A CDL holder here. OTR. 🚛
We don’t shift over train tracks or in an intersection. Not sure if your game program penalizes you for doing that.
Now commercial hazmat and passenger vehicles must stop before crossing train 🚊 tracks.
That pickup truck hit you because you left your lane and went into his. You need to watch your trailer and keep your truck in your lane.
That's an old model like pig pen from convoy glad this is back
I own one of those. I have a 3406 🐈.
Pig pen had a Mack cab over
Andrew Cooke no he had a ken look it up
Creamapera yes all the time
I'll do what I want it’s a Mack.
Jeff, my brother in law was in Astoria and took a picture of the Goonies house. Freakin awesome!
Thanks for your honesty Jeff. it's one of the reasons I stick around.
Anytime brotha
Sometimes the K100 doesn't move while beginning at 1st gear. It does at 3rd gear.
Good work Jeff
It's a really good mod, my favorite truck atm in ats, mostly because the engines it comes with sound really good , as opposed to the sound of the standard engines in the game. Top notch mod!
Also filmed in Astoria, OR: Kindergarten Cop, Free Willy, series finale of Dexter.
You literally drove through my hometown of Longview. Came over the Lewis and Clark Bridge from Rainier, Oregon, came down Oregon Way to Tennant Way, hung the right on Tennant to I-5 at the Longview Wye (BNSF has a medium sized yard there), and went through the towns of Kelso and Castle Rock, and crossed the mouth of the Toutle (toot-el) River where it meets the Cowlitz River on I-5. The Toutle is small and cloudy thanks to the 1980 eruption of Mt. St. Helens choking it.
Love the K 100. My main truck in ATS is the same color and paint scheme, you are a man with taste👍
I loved this video. I live right next to Kennewick so seeing the signs for it made me want to get this game. I can tell the developers spent a lot of time researching the routes for these games. Spokane, Naches and Yakima were pretty well represented so I am hoping there are routes down 395 (I saw the GPS had 395 South available and that means Pasco/Kennewick.) Definitely captured the beauty of the arid Eastern Washington landscape.
Love that truck....K100 was the first and only truck I ever rode in AND drove / long story.....was my best friends uncle.....let us drive it on the highway when we were 17.....I know.....he was an old hippie truck driver pot head.....5 years later I was a paramedic and ended up working a cardiac arrest on him and couldn’t get him back.....he died doing what he loved...smoking weed.....I hid his weed before PD got there so nobody would think less of him....RIP BeBob.......
You should think about starting a fully new game and making a series out of managing your company with no modded money, I think that would be great. Either way, more ATS is great. Keep up the great work Jeff!
I haven't watched any of these truck simulator videos, because I didn't "get" the allure of watching someone pretend to drive a truck across the country. Now that I've decided to check this one out, I may be hooked. It is SO relaxing, I sense the roads and towns and scenery is accurately portrayed, giving me glimpses into places I have never been before. And Jeff is so calm, his voice soothing, unlike some of the GTA RP games that become laced with profanity and cursing from the stress of dealing with other people ... all that seems absent, and mine ears be happy. I may have many days with plans to watch the ALL the previous video.
Glad you gave it a shot and enjoyed it! I get the same vibe when I play it. Some other series on my channel are a little more higher octane but over the years I have cut my cursing by half or more 😁
I was in Washington a couple years ago. I saw many rows similar to this. It is a beautiful state.
Twister is one of my favorite movies. Tampa is a great place to live. A lot of new places (apartments, homes, condos etc. ) are being built here, so there will be a lot to choose from.
Great vid Jeff. I really enjoy ATS and your commentary. I live in Seattle and on one of your last vids you drove right past one of the scales I work from time to time! Keep up the great work and I look forward to the next one.
I used to live in Spokane, sometimes at night my parents (my dad especially since he is originally from Washington) would go on a hill where we could see the city and see the beautiful skyline i miss it and it was the first time i heard the song Sweet Home Alabama.
Hell yeah, cabover power!!
i just love the sound of a semi taking off at low rpms!
I like the K100 series.. like the K121/3/4/5 with the round headlights.
I still can't get over the fact you reached a million subs.
I was so used to only see a few hundred K-number. It's just awesome to see your channel grow!
Keep up the lovely work!
man you need a fucking life
Jim A yeah, being subscribed for a long time definitely equates to “no life” lol
35:26 Yes! Im excited for Train Sim 2020 on console! :) Great Episode Of ATS and keep up the great work on the channel!
N-14 525hp Cummins Makes max power at 1800rpm. Operating range for best power for amount of fuel burned is 1600-2000 rpm. Old school truck engines like to spin.
Sweet video man. Was cool to see those oak harbor trailers. My uncle drove for them for years.
Love the video! I love the idea of a road trip in a car in ATS. Keep up the great content Jeff!
Hey Jeff I love the videos I’m about to buy a laptop to play this while I’m on the road but the way you presented the steering wheel setup reminded me of a flight attendant lol keep it up
The short cab truck like the K100 is ment for city loads since its uncomfortable on the bumps so its mostly used for city loads and the long nose truck like a peterbilt 389 is better for highway loads. Also the short nise cab trucks turn better unlike the long nose trucks. My dad is a truck mechanic so he told me about this stuff
Cabovers were used for all kinds of duties. Long haul and local. Now, they are non-existent in the USA.
Have you ever done a throwback truck based on smokey and the bandit? I love that truck.
Jeff, I appreciate the transparency that you offer regarding the sponsorships. It helps an outsider such as myself to see how those relationships come about. Loving the videos, happy that I subscribed.
You are very welcome Jeff thank you
Going to the Mumford and Sons concert on Sunday. Good luck moving.
Wow came across this video a day after my birthday, so it is conformed, Jeff is the best when it comes to videos to feeling better white and laugh along to.
Keep up the good work and best of luck to you in the future.
Best wishes, Quinn.
Happy belated birthday Quinn!
Awe thanks Jeff, I have been a fan of your once I found your gta five online playlist, and have been hooked on this train for a while now.
Each time I watch those online gta five video I wished,” oh I wish I could have played along side the code zero gaming crew, also Zach had to now that not every gta online plan can be solved with Zaching it off a hill in sandy shores.”
Haha, anyway thank you and wishing you luck in the future.
Best wishes, Quinn.
what a long drive, it felt so real. and i like the jake brakes
Lol I just got this and vipers 389 as well as real company’s so thanks for getting me into mods and ats Jeff.
Please do a video on you’re truck shifter and where I can find one! And a review on it!
I have this weird problem where my pickup location markers are disappearing, when i drive up to a location there's no green marker at all any one have a clue what it may be? Also great video Jeff i just started using the K100 as well and its my favorite sounding truck
Crazy watching this video. I know everywhere you are driving on here lol. ATS did a good job
I love the older rigs!! Please keep them coming
Jeff favignano what's really funny is I really went to that area in a real truck picking up real Freight from there to exactly where you went to in this video
Jeff if I do decide to go with a wheel and pedal setup I will use thrustmaster due to them working with you specifically and you're candor in discussing that with us -- I really really appreciate you for that.
I have been using their products before I was ever sponsored, the products speak for themselves. You are very welcome!
I've been very happy with my T300 base, TM28 leather wheel rim, T3PA-Pro pedals, and TH8A Shifter from Thrustmaster and I don't get paid by them. They're good wheels if you've got the cash to drop on a full setup. And if you want a good Eaton Fuller Shift knob for it, get a Tech Affliction Mega Shifter. They're made right here in the USA in the southeast. The owner is very responsive to any questions you may have. He may charge more than the cheapo units you can find on eBay or Amazon, but you get what you pay for and his are quality. In my opinion the Mega Shifter is better built than the original CSIO SKRS which I backed on kickstarter before they just started taking people's money and delivering no product
It was definitely great watching another ATS video and Cascadian Farms also do Organic Frozen Fruits And Vegetables too
Thanks for another video Jeff.
Edit: That truck reminds me of Sticky Ricky and Lonnie van.
I was one of these on the road yesterday. Literally nothing else like it around. Very cool truck
I Love that cabover everything about it was perfect, down to the colors. Ats is quickly becoming my favorite way to hang out with you. Thanks for another relaxing trip !
Anytime brother!
That's awesome that you're moving to Tampa. Hopefully I get to see you around sometime!
My personal favorite twister line “the cone of silence”
holy crap the sound/mic upgrade over the past year is insane, you can hear the difference so clearly!
Wow... a NEMF trailer in Astoria.... that trailer is a long, long way from home! (Especially funny because NEMF is no longer operating)
Love ats and your commentary man.. so relaxing.
That cab over looks good😍😍😍
Have you tried the 2019 international LT 625 it is an awesome truck got back from 2 weddings one from my older brother's wedding that was a week ago and my dad's friend's wedding on Thursday
0:10 THAT WAS THE PLACE I VISITED IN MY EARLY CHILDHOOD, I REMEMBER THAT GIANT BRIDGE!!
@Jeff Favignano about the movie Twister... Something I’ve noticed about Twister over the years is the “villain” in the movie twister didn’t really do anything wrong. Instead of living like a crew of homeless people he got sponsors to help support tornado research. It’s something Bill Paxton’s character should have done long ago.
He hit you! Drop the trailer and pit maneuver his butt off the road!😜🛸🤯 Looks like the Fraser Canyon in BC
Nice chill video, find it relaxing to watch your ATS stuff.
Be amazing to run into I live like 15-20 mins away from Tampa
Hey Jeff could you possibly do another LCPDFR video
Do you have a video on what you use for moving your camera around? I’m just getting into ATS, and I find having to reach up to my mouse a real pain in the butt
One best driving games ever been playing for 3 months now.
Man I love this tuck this is one of my favourite truck
Jeff do have that head tracking where if you turn your head in real life that it turns the head of the driver in American truck simulator?
My dads got three cabovers and still works two of them
Yes ! Been waiting for this video on this truck
Noticed you passed through Longview Washington, fun fact: Green Day's song Longview was named after Longview Washington because that's where they first played the song.
Great video Jeff
1 hr from central Florida to the beach!!, are you flying an f‐22 raptor or something?
When you moved to Tampa will you change the style oh OCRP to Tampa based?
i hassled you to get this one, and then realised you already had it. ive got the same version. only difference , mine is blue and white whereas yours is green and white.
Hey Jeff you got me hooked on this game an other games, but im loving it, thanks man.
That's the same semi from BJ And The Bear, but in green.
Edit: I know you did a video on the Rubber Duck truck from convoy, but did you do videos on the following trucks from these movies or shows? Duel, smokey and the bandit, and movin' on
I’m amazed how spot on this game is. The landmarks are all correct.
10:12 my dad is a 2nd gen truck driver. This sounds way too real 😂😂😂
I’m also driving a K100 with a Wabash dry van trailer loaded to Boston MA. The screaming Detroit Diesel engine it’s a great sounding engine but let me tell you it’s a loud bad boy. From Sacramento to where I stopped I didn’t hear my own thoughts over the engine. I like the truck so far but how do you get the infotainment screen to work in the K100?
That's a great route! Also, I took 28 min to figure out where were the gps on this gorgeous truck
I wish it was like that to get on the freeway fast it actually takes like 30 min were you came from
Double tanker will be a good cargo for you jeff favignano and confirm it take job
On amazon there’s an A+B Software splitter I have this splitter and it’s very nice, but it’s a bit of a search
I’ve seen 3 in last 2 days pulling Swift trailers
Jeff my mirrors dont have shadows did that happend to you and if it did. How did you fix it?
I'm going to Orlando next weekend for Universal Studios. it's the last week before our season passes run out. Wish I could meet you. Hahah
Great Video Jeff also LOVE that JB Aka Jake Brake
ohhh i just came back from that beach pls be careful with the tornado's and hurricanes
You said that you wanted to know what place you should go to you should try Bethlehem Ohio that's a great run from Yakima Washington you'd like that one a lot of nice scenery
Hey Jeff do possibly know why when I play ATS when I get a new truck I cant look around the back it only lets me look at the front of the truck.
Hi Jeff, you thinking of getting the new COD MW? Love your vids!!!
Hi jeff there is an k100E also on steam Work shop
Every time I see one of those damn woody station wagons in Seattle I think of Harry and the Hendersons.
Love the cab overs bro.
Awesome video Jeff could you also check out the W900A? And I wanna see this truck again in the future
I love the Twister movie too, Jeff Favignano. I also enjoyed watching your videos, and keep up the wonderful videos. Our week has been going alright too. I hope you be safe and careful traveling to Clearwater beach in Orlando, and drink plenty of fluids too. Also, I hope you and Nicole be safe traveling to Tampa in January next year too.
Thank you Pierce, have a great weekend bud
Do you have the longer yellow lights mod? If not you should for sure look into it! :)
Late to the party but I'm curious if we'll see you in the K200 sometime in ATS?
I'm just ready for school on Monday August 12th
I will be purchaseing the Heavy Hauler for the American Truck Simulator. But there are so many things I want to put on it and only has 20 buttons on it. how did you organize your heavy Hauler? I just need a few ideas so I can get going on it so I can get this thing ordered,
the graphics look incredible as always. I hope we can hang when you get to Tampa ... make sure the A/C is good in the new home ... oops too soon? lol
Where did you get the range splitter for your shifter? Can't find one for the TH 8rs.
You make every game look good
Always enjoy the subtle references. "...like UPS trucks" from MIA - Paper Planes. And in the Police Simulator video with the "package people" from Ace Ventura and "Richard" from Keeping Up Appearances. Convinced that a lot of people miss the references, but if you know you know. I'm pretty sure I've missed a few over the many videos.
You get my humor
That is awesome, first time I have seen your videos. If I were driving I'd use Google Streetview to see my final destination and hopefully where I have to unload.
