    Mine is coming from neck,elbows and wrists. I can barely type this I feel horrible pain without doing anything. Hands are on fire can’t even do simple tasks. Should I ice wrists? Please help 🙏

    My aunt has been doing this to me since I was little and it really does relive muscle pains. Is there anything I could do for the long run? I work as a secretary and typing is essential ):

      In the long run we just need to continue to work on the things that we do repetitively. I would say to find time throughout your day to do 5 minutes of wrist exercises before getting back to work!
