I live very near VP Biden and drive through the intersection where the accident was every Friday. I'm never not mindful of it. The tragedies the man has lived through (and I put disappointment in Hunter on that list) - I admire him for getting up in the morning, nevermind running for president.

My roommates Father was a first responder to the accident that killed Biden's wife and daughter in 1972. When her Father passed away,6 years ago, Vice President Biden came to the funeral,unannounced with no press coverage,and spoke at his funeral. He is a good and decent man. He has compassion and empathy.

To think of _when_ President Biden had his wife and daughter taken in such a terrible way, and what fathers typically did when their children were young-which wasn’t a lot in my experience-it makes his own strength and the strength of his commitment that much more incredible. Every time I hear or even see “Hunter Biden,” I get so angry because the MAGAs are making the President suffer for *YEARS* for the persecution of his son while losing his other son to brain cancer. It’s unforgivable. But tRump has done so many unforgivable things that it makes me despair for this country, and I know I’m far from being in the minority.

That's a pretty strong ad. I am not a fan of Biden's politics, as I am a progressive and he does not move the needle as much as I would like. But between him and Trump, there is no contest. Biden is a competent politician and a decent human being. And right now, that is all America needs to heal from these years of insanity.

You either get a democrat or a republican as the system works now and has for many decades.
