Great video, love the new mirrors lol
Italian racing mirrors lol.
Just ordered one last Wednesday on Leyte. This video provided a lot of information, thank you! Thinking it would benefit from more footage of you riding, like Makinamoto or Missenden Flyer.
You hit the last nail, in helping me stick to my decision. And guess what, this is the first time I was recommended this video and I was on my way out to go and considering to book my bike! Thank Q! Apart from the bike, your video was very good too! Cheers...
You're welcome. Enjoy the ride.
Got one here in Indonesia. Yep nice bike, but I see few issues you don't. The first one is the muffler, when standing up, there is not enough room for my feet. My heel always hits the heat shield. Next is the suspension, at my 75 kgs, especially the front fork is very stiff. The rpm lables are tiny, I actually glued a little piece of tape at 6k to have a better reference. Last is the poor quality and, therefore, limited availability of aftermarket parts. Most comes from India, and most of it is crude.

Nice review,
I am in Bohol and bought the Suzuki V Strom 250 about 6 weeks ago and have done just over 2,000 klm. The only issue i had was selecting neural, but that was fixed in the first service with a clutch cable adjustment.
Like you, i enjoy riding it and getting more comfortable with it every ride. The seat is fine. i just completed the Bohol Loop 300 klm each day, and only at the end was my bum getting sore, but brief stops remedied that.
Overall, so far, i am happy. I have fitted crash guards for the eventual dropping.
I agree on the tyres. i am not doing off-road riding other than traversing Philippine roads, which we know can be anything at any time. I will be changing to more road oriented tyres in the future, but something that will handle the gravel / sand / loose rocks / mud in limited amounts.
Yes, the bike rev' s freely. Now it is run in, i seem to spend most of my time in 5th gear.
Thanks for the video
Thanks for the comment, it's very much appreciated. Glad you like your 250 as much as I like mine. Enjoy the ride!
New sub here brother, planning to get one soon. Thank you for elaborating!

Thank you.
Great moto for adventuring 👍
Thanks.
nice!
Its very cheap in price mate...$6790 AUD here in Australia...Great video.
Thank you. Much appreciated.
I really like that bike. Hope someday I will have one ☝🏾 ❤
Thanks. I'm hoping you will have one someday also because you will really enjoy it.
Great review. Very informative. Ego aside, 250cc is all the bike you'll need in the Philippines. Won't even need all 6 gears riding around in the city. Would be nice to see 19" wheels up front and change out that anchor of an exhaust.
Thanks for the comment. Wheels are 19" up front and 17" in the rear.
the royal enfield 411 does have its torque and HP way low down in the rev range, 3000 - 4500rpm not at 9000 rpm... i think if i was in the philippine's i'd by one of their little 150cc motorbikes and put big nobbie tyres on it.... then head off road.
🤔👍👍😊😎
CG,
As ever many thx.
Did you manage to find a cruise control solution?
Cheers
Glenn
Thanks for the comment Glenn. I think in the area I live in the closest I am going to get to cruise control is duck tape.
@thephilippinesunplugged lol... that's very much what I thought..
I'm amazed n all respect for your high speed runs under your road conditions...
Cheers
Glenn
@@britgerus1956Glen it's truly a blast riding here.
CG,
Indeed , understood, but not without an additional element of risk?
Cheers
Glenn
@@britgerus1956Glen Risk here is negated by driving defensively. That way it's the same risk as anywhere.
The signal indicators are halogen actually.
Yes they are. I stand corrected.
With. Bluetooth map like in India ?
I heard about that from an Indian blogger too, haven't seen an example though.
Some may prefer to import the KTM from India.
Very true that some people would prefer garbage to a good meal.
My height is 5'5, can my feet reach the ground?
Sure, one foot anyway if you tip the bike to the side.
