The short little guy (Tyler) by the white truck owes money to a company I work for. Tyler calls this old geezer to be his muscle. He rolls up in the truck, gets out with the baton and come at me with it.
STORY:
The man in the video is Dennis Tissington and the guy to call him via phone to come and assault me is Tyler Stojan with vision homes.
I stopped by to have a civil conversation about some money that was payed to him get some work done. He scammed a small business.
Last year this small business hit a gas line when 2 employees were not paying attention. Tyler Stojan was having some concrete work done that had just been poured but was evacuated for safety. He claimed that the evacuation left his concrete to set improperly. Asked for a large some of cash from this small company, the company paid to stay on good terms with Tyler and the neighborhood, this was a mistake. As Tyler pocketed the money given to him and a year later never fixed any concrete. The concrete has nothing wrong with it, set fine and looks perfect.
He committed fraud by asking and taking payment for something he was never going to do anything with. There is a paper trail for this payment made.
I stopped by to ask what he had done with said money, and if he was going to fix anything, he replied "iv got the money in my pocket" and than told me to go fuck myself, I proceeded back to my car while explaining that this is fraud over $5000, section 380 cc. Punishable up to 14 years in prison for all the people involved. I did not swear, raise my voice, call him names or threaten him in any way.
He got upset He had a temper tantrum, called Dennis, his father in law, to come assault me with a weapon.
No the company I work for is not being sued for hitting a gas line, the company paid the bills owing for repairs and gas loss to Atco. No other damages were caused.

How would you feel, if someone did that to your vehicle or even you, and the police simply called it mischief? No matter who is in the wrong or right here, justice is justice. Sitting across the street of a business in no circumstances warrants bashing someones windows out and threatening their life. If it did, I can guarantee you that North America would be no place to start a family. How can you even begin to say that this is the solution to take over simply waiting for RCMP to arrive?

This exact situation happened to me and I was also filming. The old guy got taken to the hospital and since his son was filming from the truck as well as me, they had two videos of me being attacked and defending myself. I didn’t press charges and sued him and he payed for my 1991 Miata with 30k miles on the dash. He lives in a retirement/nursing home now and has since apologized, and the situation kinda messed him up way more than me. Turns out he was kinda in a mental breakdown and when I reved my engine at a green light for him to go, it just set him off. His wife just died and shit and he just found out he was gonna have to move out his house. But that day he learned, even at age 70, you can’t get out of your can’t and rip someone’s rear views mirrors off, take a pipe to both doors, and bang the exhaust off the mount. He essentially totaled my Miata when he struck every panel and did damaged to my under the rear. He fucked up, I got a car out of it and have a Miata color matched so I can pull out the dents and use them for spares. This was a really long comment, but maybe could give some perspective into how one of these situations actually plays out in real life!
He busted my window and tried to drag me out of my car, that’s why I ended up defending myself for further context. I’m very aware of the laws and knew as soon as he started destroying my car I was in for a big pay day, but he chose to escalate the situation, and the friend I was with and I handled it. Again no charges were pressed and I’m now on as good as good can get speaking terms with the lonely old man that destroyed, and then bought me a new car. It’s a fucked up world. But Idek maybe I’m the guilty one here. Thoughts from a high 21 year old that dealt with this 5 years ago almost to this date. The RUclips algorithm is a weird thing isn’t it
